Spent years in finance and finally decided to trade my suits and dinner meetings lifestyle for mountains and oceans. During my fancier years I bought one of the few townhouses available in the trendy Yorkville area of Toronto. With my flexible schedule, I'm able to get away a lot, so I've decided to offer my place for rental given a good match with a potential guest.
What makes this property unique
Condos make up the majority of accommodations available in Yorkville while townhouses are rare and highly desirable. The traveller looking to rent a townhouse appreciates added square footage, convenient accessibility, avoidance of lobbies and elevators and enjoys the amenities of a true home experience. Also, while common areas such as the living room, dining room and kitchen are fun for group gatherings, it's nice to have a real option for privacy provided by the multi-floor layout.
This townhouse is equipped with everything imaginable to make your stay immensely relaxing. Even the air is maintained year round for comfort with multiple HealthMate Hepa air purifiers and a central air humidifier during the winter months. It is extremely well maintained and located on a quiet street while only minutes walking distance to many popular spots.
One last benefit is the second bedroom can also be changed over to an office setting with large desk, lounge chair and storage cabinet. Either setups are available at your request.
