Cute and comfortable. Perfect location near Adelaide Market and easy walking distance to the cultural end of the city. Karen checked in with me to make sure our arrival went smoothly and to ensure we had all we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Karen’s gorgeous cottage was perfect for our city stay. It was spacious and in a great location, including all of the amenities you would need. Karen was also very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend :)

The lack of door locks was a bit of s security concern. Other than that was great.

place was clean and comfortable. unfortunately we had an issue with the internet and Netflix. Karen was so helpful but couldn't fully fix the issue. Kitchen well stocked and equipped. Microwave difficult to use due to position (too high for us). Location great for access to city and attractions.

We sincerely apologise for the temporary internet and Netflix issues you experienced during your stay. even though as you know i worked hard with Telstra to fix the issue. At least we got the internet working, but not the Netflix . Unfortunately, this coincided with an unexpected NBN service change that was outside of our control. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve it, and we're pleased to let future guests know that the issue has now been fully resolved. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the microwave position. We value all guest feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience we offer. It's a beautiful and historic cottage but with all the modern comforts. Karen was a lovely host, making contact to be sure we had everything we needed. There was even bickies and Weetbix and condiments in the pantry. Couldn't recommend it enough.

We had a lovely stay at Sass & Beau Cottage. It had everything we needed for our inner city stay prior to going to Gather Round.Our host Karen provided excellent, helpful & detailed instructions & information about Sass & Beau Cottage. We loved its location, being able to walk or bus into the city & surrounding areas. Easy access to & from the airport. This is the perfect place for 2 friends or 2 couples.
