Area was very convenient for our needs. Overall, I thought the property needed a bit of tlc. Eg. toilet roll holder broken, chipped mugs n crockery.

Lovely stay

Enjoyed our time in Nowra. Very close to town centre. Easy drive to Beaches and Kangaroo Valley. Still waiting on return of damage deposit.

Pet friendly was a reason we booked.

Out dated place was not very impressive when we arrived smelt of strong bleach on arrival, location was good,as it wasnt far from town to buy things.price was reasonable for what you get.pet friendly was the main reason we booked. Would we book there again? Probably not due to it not having the essentials such as hand wash in the bathroom,and simple things like salt and pepper,oil ,tissues ect.

Hi Linh I was there before you moved in and checked the property and yes there was liquid hand soap in the bathroom. We don’t supply salt and pepper any longer as they keep disappearing. We don’t supply any groceries either. This was all mentioned in the booking confirmation but will add that we don’t provide grocery items such as salt and pepper and oil

The place is run-down and in extreme need of a makeover. Unfortunately the place was dirty and needed vacuuming. Late one night, one hot water tap came off and I burnt my fingers while putting it back. One of the kitchen drawrs also came off. Even the toilet was not flushed.I informed the owner immediately after arriving about the cleanliness status but no action was taken.

Absolutely BS! The place is not run down! I inspected the place myself before this group of 18 people moved in. How can I provide a "dirty premises"? There was no photos sent to prove the place was "dirty". The kitchen drawer I was not aware of nor did the previous tenant had reported that to me. This has now being fixed as well as the laundry tap knob. This group stayed 2 nights. I have photos to prove that the place was clean before this group moved in. But they have left tons of dishes in the kitchen sink for the cleaner to dry when the rules said that no dishes should be left in the kitchen sink. The toilet had just dust in the toilet bowl and all it needed was a flush. The toilet was cleaned overall. I will make a note of never to accommodate him and his group.

Nice quiet area. Great yard for my small dog to run around. Accomodation was old but comfortable, very happy to recommend. Just one small thing, they supply coffee, tea and sugar but salt and pepper would have been good too. Also I was unable to unlock the laundry door🤷‍♀️ Luckily I didn’t need to do washing . But overall a good little place to stay, would stay there again 👍

STOP ! book something else

Where do i start well i did read the previous reviews before i booked which sounded fine but suspiciously one of them describes the property as a three bedder its not it only has two.The property adjoins another residence only separated by a stud wall which sound travels very easily through. I only stayed one night thank god which was a Saturday, there was extensive noise throughout the evening which eventually died down once the other occupiers went out for the evening when they returned home at 4am in a drunken manor the music was turned up to a level that shook the walls and kept me awake from then on, the dance music with that incredible deep base sound that went right through your body.The mattress was covered over with a piece of 25mm foam to try and disguise that fact that i should have been thrown out years ago both myself and my partner repeatedly ended up in the middle due to the shape of the mattress. The confirmation i received once booked also scared me you are warned that if you don't follow the requests from the owner you will be charged, this text is taken from the confirmation "RED BIN out on the kerb on WEDNESDAY for collection on THURSDAY. There will be a charge of $50 if bins are found overflowing" and also "There will be a charge for towels found with unrelated stains" the list goes on also i was also ask if i needed bed linen which was obvious i did there was an extra charge of $30.

Hi thanks for your feedback. The review that you were referring to was a 3 bedroom because I had to relocate the tenant. This property is no different from the 3 bedroom in maintenance and furnishings. If there was any discomfort at your stay my telephone number was on the fridge. One or 2 Mattresses have a foam for extra comfort. Yes red bins need to be out on the street and I had to add a fee based on previous experience, some bins were not collected and rubbish overflowing. This is a residential property and bins needs to be collected. I have a rule that noise level needs to be down by 9.30pm. If the tenant next door was noisy you needed to call me and I would have advised them. I have changed the bed linen to be included for the first 2 occupants only. I give that option to make the tariff more affordable and some tenants do prefer to bring their own. I don't operator a motel but only a few residential properties. I have changed quite a few things at this property since this feedback. But I always welcome constructive feedbacks to improve the comfort of tenants. Thanks and have a nice day.
