There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washer/dryer in this unit. Laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, offers you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
