Enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach, plus amenities like an outdoor shower and surfboard racks. A perfect base for your holiday adventure.



The Space:

This house offers stunning water views from its elevated position. Enjoy a comfortable stay with fully screened windows and convenient laundry facilities. Entertainment is provided with a Smart TV and continuous Wi-Fi. The property features three double bedrooms, all with provided linen, and a downstairs bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort. Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. A huge veranda provides the perfect spot to relax and soak in the views. For those with well-behaved pets, they are welcome, although please note there is no fencing. An upstairs fold-out sofa bed is available for extra guests, but please bring your own linen. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Agnes Water, the northernmost surf beach on the east coast of Australia, with easy walking access to shops and the beach via lighted pathways.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, our holiday home offers a tranquil escape. We kindly request guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone. For rubbish collection, please note that bins are collected on Monday mornings. Place your bins out on Sunday evening. To avoid any unpleasant odors, please store seafood scraps in the freezer until bin night or utilize the designated bins at the 1770 Mariner carpark. For collection, it's best to place the bins on Pacific Court.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is access at the back of the property for additional parking, suitable for extra cars or boats, accessible via the carport. Additional parking is available on the empty block behind the house, accessed from Pacific Crt. The driveway from Captain Cook Drive is steep; however, it leads to a high carport and a turnaround area for easy access.
