Wonderful experience , already talking about going back ! Clean , well stocked kitchen as I love to cook even on vacation . Convenient to shopping and many choices of restaurants.Beach right in front of condo , beautiful views ! Hostess was gracious and very pleasant .

Great views! Wonderful host. Has everything needed and perfect location. The 48 steps to the condo got to me this time, but I knew they were coming, so no fault to the owner.

This was a perfect fit for us. Check in amazingly easy, the view is breathtaking and just what we wanted. We spent lots of time on the deck, soaking it in and avoiding the 48 stairs! joking, they are a good workout. We were so close to everything, we loved it and it was so well equipped with everything! Would love to stay here again!!

We had a great stay and loved the location. Such easy beach access and walkable to shops and restaurants. The home was very clean, comfortable and we appreciated the 2pm check in which is hard to come by!

The view was wonderful, the access to the beach was right there but there was cleaning concerns. There was mold in the shower and finding roaches in the bedroom was off putting but the sitting area was nice.

Hi Cat, I understand your concerns, but I am also puzzled. We personally cleaned the unit before you stay and saw no mold in the shower. Pest control is monthly and was there the week before you checked in. Again, I'm puzzled, as we have never had roaches reported? That said, While I have had no other renters note these concerns, I do take all feedback to heart and will have a recheck! I am pleased to note our last renter describes the unit "as clean as a whistle"!

The location of this property cannot be beat. Very nice condo, just remember there are a lot of stairs. Third floor is actually fourth floor because there are no rooms on the ground level.

The master bedroom's double bed is too small for a couple. The place also needs more silverware, plates, and other essentials. Although the carpet was clean, the beachside condo requires different flooring to feel and smell fresh.

Hi Maria I am so glad you had a great stay. I’m not sure how to respond about the issues you mention. There is silverware for 8 in the unit and we fully stock new pots and pans each year. The unit is a one bedroom and is carpeted as pictured and noted in the description? I am glad you found the carpet clean.

Wow! Our 6th stay. Superb location. Within walking distant of so many food and beverage options. Easy to flag down folks that rent big beach umbrellas. Always clean and super wellMaintained. Everything worked great. Cold AC and terrific balcony view of the beach, sunrises, and Thursday’s traditional fireworks. We’ll be back for year 7 for sure!

Prime location. Easy check in/out process. Fully equipped with anything we needed. Loved the beach closet. The only thing I wish it had was a filtered water dispenser in the fridge. I did not enjoy hauling cases of water up that many steps. We will definitely book again though!

We had an amazing trip. All I can is the location is everything! We parked and never got back in our vehicle until we left. Walkable to all the restaurants, bars, boardwalk. The view from the deck is perfect. I highly recommend. We will definitely be going back. Also, the host was great
