The Perfect Get Away

The living area has new furnitue and a 65 inch TV with Netflix and Disney . The Kitchen has been upgraded with added storage , granite counter tops and new stainless-steel appliances and stackable washer and dryer, The kitchen comes equipped with a toaster, electric kettle and Keurig Coffee Machine. Two bedrooms with queen beds decorated very tastefully. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV .Patio is a massive 20 by 20 foot with newer sunbrella furniture, patio table for 6 and a propane BBQ all overlooking the 7th tee on the golf course and an incredible view of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The condo comes with plenty of towels including beach towels and wireless internet and plantation shutters throughout.

Fun in the Desert

Great Property and Host

The location could not be better. Walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It is also fun being on the Palm Royale par 3 golf course. The golf course gives you a discount for those renting within Palm Royale. The pool area is beautiful. The kitchen is on the small side, but included all the pots, pans and utensils one would need as well as a good supply of dishes, glasses and wine glasses. The kitchen table is adequate for four people. The unit has a large patio and Colin, the host, was very kind to order 2 loungers for us when we mentioned that the listing showed two loungers but were not there. The beds were very comfortable and the master was a good size room. The second bedroom was an adequate size for visiting guests. We look forward to staying here when we return to the desert.
