Updated 2BR/2BA - 938 sq. ft. This west facing condo is only steps from the pool and is surrounded by lush green landscaping. Plenty of room for everyone with a king bed in the Master, two singles in the guest room, 2 full bathrooms each with a shower, and two recliner sofas in the living room. Large 42" flat screen TV in the Living room. Cable TV and High Speed Wireless Internet with WIFI is also included.

Our updated kitchen with granite countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances comes fully stocked with a microwave, coffee maker, cooking and baking utensils, cutlery, and more. Both bathrooms have been updated with a full shower to add to the space and privacy you're looking for.

Community: Our Palm Desert Resort Country Club is a delight for any golfer. The par 72, championship golf course enjoys the splendor of mature trees and lush landscaping. The unique design features spacious fairways and enlarged greens. Strategic locations of the many lakes and sand bunkers, as well as a choice of four tee placements on every hole, provides a challenge for both the professional and novice golfer alike. Complete practice facilities are available to perfect your skills for the adventure that awaits you on this course.

Not a golfer? No problem! Come and enjoy one of our 9 professional style tennis courts or 20 pickle ball courts. Book your stay with us and see why we are Coachella Valley's Premiere Tennis Club and Pickleball location.

My stay here was so comfortable and quiet. The condo had everything I needed to sleep well, make my meals, and entertain myself. The rooms were all clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about this rental.

March week in Palm Desert

The property is very well suited for one or two persons or a family. I was particularly impressed with how well equipped the kitchen and bath room, with coffee and bottled water, soap, shampoo and towels. Guests can also take advantage of the community's golf course which is only a couple of blocks away.

Quiet Sunshine

The condo is located in a nice golf/tennis/resort community. It is close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The unit itself is clean, well-stocked, and sized for a couple or a small family. The primary bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom, but the main bath is right outside the door, so it was not a problem for us. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a small 3/4 bath in it. The unit is not on the golf course, but it is a short walk/drive to the proshop and restaurant. The golf course is an average course for the PS desert area, and its prices are reasonable. The outside area off the deck is quiet, green, shady - perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or for morning coffee. The owner is quick to respond to questions. We recommend it.

Have stayed in this neighborhood before. Great location. Small, but comfortable. The property manager was pleasant and he responded quickly to any questions. Wish we could have stayed longer. Freedom Dog park across the street.

Palm Desert Sunshine

This is a great rental on the Palm Desert CC. Although we didn't play golf, the development was great for walking. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for cooking. Nice outside chairs and table too. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Comfortable and Easy

A group of seniors came from Orange Co to play in a pickle ball tournament at the Palm Desert Resort CC. We rebated 4 different 2 bdr units. We were all happy. We were the happiest as we could bring our small, quiet dog. That was a big plus for us.

Super clean. Nice extra touches. Extra water bottles in refrigerator. Coffee and Keurig provided. Even provided cute disposable toothbrushes . Only drawback is ac is a little noisy. But for the price who cares!
