Well presented property that is only a short walk from the general store and the beach. 5 minute drive into Cowes. Very nice.

Girls relaxing weekend

7 of us girls took my grandmother away for her birthday weekend. Our stay @ Blue Waves was very homey, in a great location close to Smith's Beach and a short drive into cowes itself. Sitting out by the fire pit at night was so relaxing, as was breakfast on the back deck.

Absolute sensational house and location

Wow, we all loved this house soo much, it was amazing. Lots of room, great outdoor area, kitchen had everything and on top of that it was only mins walk to a general store and the beach. Totally secure for my dog and provided private areas when I needed to escape family for work calls. Highly recommend staying here

Great location

We stayed here for a couple of nights over cup weekend. There were two families with 4 adults and 5 kids including an infant. The master walk in robe was perfect for the cot which almost created their own room. Great outdoor entertaining area and the fire was spot on for the colder nights. Would definitely come back here in the future.

Beautiful holiday house

Our family enjoyed staying here and all the amenities that came with it. Lovely house, clean and had everything we could asked for. Quite location and within walking distance to beach.

Phillip Island oasis

The house itself was beautifully appointed, super clean and modern. The outside deck and fire pit area was an extremely relaxing space. We all enjoyed it immensely and will definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for a family get together.

The property is in a great location with plenty of off street parking. It was very clean inside however the bbq had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families and couples
