Beautiful and very well kept house, obviously has a lot of love and care put into it. View from the balcony is gorgeous and there are plenty of games and activities to do within the house, and is a very short walk to a stunning beach. 100% would stay here again!

family getaway

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this property. It's clean, spacious and very comfortable. It's great having the second small living area for the kids. The proximity to two beaches at Smiths Beach is also a drawcard.

Lovely Break

We had a great time at Linda's property. It was perfect for 3 mums plus kids. The ping pong table was a real hit with the kids especially as it was raining. An easy walk to a nice beach too. Thanks Linda

Excellent property and fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwood house. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to the beach and not far from everything else. The house is lovely, spacious and with everything you need. Linda was also great to work with. I would highly recommend.

A wonderful house and location

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Completely dog friendly too! The welcome pack was most appreciated after 4 hours in the car. There is nothing to fault about this house. We’ll be back!

Great Family Holiday

This house was perfect for our family holiday. With 3 couples and 3 kids it gave us all plenty of space. The children loved the badminton table and their own down stairs bedroom and tv. It was a lovely touch to have a treat bowl provided. We spent most of our time out looking at the sights and it was a easy commute to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Beachwood house

So pleased we were able to get away for a few days to Beachwood house. The home was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Linda was great at answering any questions we had. The property is a short walk away to both Smiths beach and YCA beach. The house has plenty of natural light and a great deck for relaxing and entertaining.

Fantastic home

Linda was fabulous to organise our holiday with. Super accommodating & friendly. Left us lovely surprise gifts as well as thinking of our furry baby & kids! Not long enough!

What a great getaway for our family.The property was beautifully presented. Kids loved the downstairs “kids room” and the outdoor shower. No one wanted to go home! Linda was so friendly and kind enough to suggest lots of island activities. We’ll be back!!😀

Mini Break

The property was beautiful, it exceeded my expectations, the house is amazing, the facilities were excellent and there was a welcoming bowl of treats for us to enjoy which was lovely. The only down fall was that there wasn't a bath to bathe the babies, otherwise a very enjoyable time had by all. Thank you Linda.

Well presented & clean house close to the beach,

The house was large with plenty of space for the kids. Master bedroom a bit small & en-suite tiny for 2 large adults to use. Room also got very hot otherwise kitchen was user friendly, needed a bit more lightening for cooking. Living areas were great for the family & kids appreciated Netflix & free wifi. Loved the balcony as did my dog. Thanks for allowing our pet to stay he thoroughly loved the holiday too.

The break we needed!

Everything about this stay was great. The location is literally 300metres from a great surf beach, very close to the general store, far enough and close enough to all main attractions and Cowes. The accommodation for our large dogs was excellent, the children’s area was perfect and away from the main living and adult bedrooms. The linens and beds all good quality and comfortable. Thoughtfully appointed, you don’t need to bring anything! Great outdoor entertainment areas as well. There was even a small Christmas tree, chocolates left for the kids and adults and even dog treats! Highly recommended. We will be back. Thank you to Linda, thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Beautiful beachside stay

This house is perfectly located between Smiths and YCW beaches with lovely views to the west for sunset viewing. The house is presented really well and we had all we needed and more - from a coffee machine to start the day in the well stocked kitchen to a washing machine whenever needed, and all rooms already set up with soaps and linen when we arrived. It was really lovely to walk in our the first day and feel at home straightaway. The outdoor shower, undercover area with table tennis and the bunk room downstairs with a separate tv was brilliant for my teenagers coming home from surfing and needing their own space to relax. The upstairs living space, and the couches and dining table, are generous for when we all came together. Linda was an absolute pleasure to book the house through - clear info, friendly messages and quick replies. Highly recommend!

Great house close to beach

With 10 staying in house was a great set out. 3 toilets helped! Bigger bbq for large groups would be useful but we bought an extra so was covered. And perhaps pack an esky on deck for larger groups to keep drinks cold as fridge filled quick with necessities. Walk to beach. Local cabs were quick to town.
