Homestead with Charm - on coastal farm by the sea

Our large Homestead is situated 20 km from Kerikeri on the Purerua Peninsula on an active farm with cattle and horse around.

While staying in our place you are immersed in peace, space and nature, making it an ideal country retreat with family and friends.

This charming property offers 4 bedrooms/1 bathroom nestled in a private, sheltered and idyllic setting surrounded by gardens, citrus and olive orchards with distant views of the sea and the Cavalli Islands. The house has 2 verandas for relaxing and there is an additional outdoor hot & cold water shower for real outdoor living.

To add to the Outdoor-Living experience you can have a great time cooking and dining at our outdoor, covered "Summer-Kitchen" near the house. A feature of this is the huge wood-slab table where you can take in the views while enjoying your meals. There is a BBQ for you to cook on and a fridge to keep your drinks cold.

The house has 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with Super King beds and 2 bedrooms with double beds, sleeping up to 8 guests. Linen and towels are provided.

The spacious living room features a beautiful kauri table for 10 for enjoying meals with family and friends and a comfortable couch for watching TV. The attached north facing sun room offers far reaching views across the paddocks and down to the ocean.

The fully equipped country kitchen has a gas oven and electric stove top, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine and dryer in the attached utility room.

Wi-fi is available and Sky TV for relaxing evenings. Although there is no mobile reception in the house you can make calls online.

Guests can enjoy walking access to 2 beaches and an estuary nearby and also bushwalks on the farm. The Property is situated in a Kiwi sanctuary so no pets allowed.

The property is perfect for a relaxing holiday, home away from home, coastal country living at its best!
