Excellent for a large family

After staying in a small apartment for a few days it was a welcome change to stay in a brand new, spotless townhouse. There was heaps of room, laundry facilities, a full kitchen with stocked pantry and huge bedrooms. It was close to the beach and easy to get around from. We would definitely stay again when in Melbourne.

Lovely home that suited as perfectly.

The home had everything we needed and provided us with a comfortable stat. The owner was very easy to deal with and the security bond was refunded promptly. Highly recommend.

Great owners, house and location

We had a great time, the owners were very nice and ensured that we enjoyed our stay. It’s in walking distance to the shops and the beach, so we had access to everything.

Perfection

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. All expectations were exceeded. Any questions about how things worked were answered promptly. The location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the train station and a good jumping off point for the rest of the peninsula. The garden across the street is a beautiful place to walk. There is a cute little shopping area around the corner with a bakery, coffee shop, grocery and produce market. We will definitely stay there again.

Much larger than we expected

We had a great time at this property. It had everything that we needed and more. Deb was able to supply a highchair, portacot and a stairgate. The location was in walking distance to the Frankston foreshore and the Bay shopping centre plus other restaurants etc. it was also great to have the botanic gardens across the road.

Lovely house, well maintained, very clean, great kitchen and facilities throughout, in a convenient and quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. Don't hesitate in booking this one.

Beautiful Townhouse!!!!

This was by far one of the nicest places I'be been lucky enough to stay in. Close to our venue and had everything we needed plus more! Debra was easy to contact and co ordinate with, made it that much simpler

Superb!

Thank you Debra for an excellent support and providing beautiful accommodation for us. It is a lovely and fully equipped home. Very comfortable, nice and clean. We had a wonderful stay for a week. I have to say, we almost didn't want to go out to just relax in the house :D

Beautiful house and location

I had my family from Germany coming from Germany. I found this beautiful house so I've rented it out for 3 weeks! My family absolutely loved it! So did I! Every morning they went to the park just opposite the house for there morning walk! They also didn't mind to walk down to Frankston to do there shopping or also to the beach which is just 15 minutes walk! But there are public transport as well! The house is very nice and new! My family felt really comfortable. They were really sad to leave... also the neighbours are very friendly and quite! They enjoyed every single minute they could spend there and they will definitely come back!

You won't regret staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; there was plenty of room for us all. With four adults and two young children, we were able to enjoy each other’s company or retreat for some down time. We were able to just come and enjoy the luxury home and we didn't even need to bring the ‘infant’ necessities – they supplied the high chair, portacot and there’s even a gate for the stairs! Thank you so much for a fabulous stay; we will be back for sure.

Stay here if you are happy with the owner asking for a scanned copy of your licence and or passport. The owner also asked for a full list of names of guests down to which guest was staying in each bedroom.

Spotless!

The host was very responsive and helpful. At one point we needed an extra set of keys. Heating good. Wifi good. Possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. thanks!

Thoughtful Luxury

Our hosts made our time at the property a great experience. There were very thoughtful extra touches in addition to the luxurious set up. The location, just opposite the Botanic Gardens was great for our little girl and the house was really child-friendly. They even put a stair gate in for us! A great place for a couple of nights or an indulgent week away.
