Fantastic stay in Venci and Dolores's house

We are a family with 3 kids and we spent a fantastic week in Venci and Dolores's house. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and they even arranged a terrific barbeque evening at the top terrasse for us. The house was super clean and everything you need for your stay is available in the house – even soap for the dishwasher and small amount of sugar and salt and olive oil etc. The pool area and the top terrasse was super nice and even better than the pictures indicates as Venci has added new facilities. Everything in the house is working and our hosts welcomed us with some tapas and wine available for the first evening. We highly recommend a stay in the house and we highly recommend Venci and Dolores as hosts 😊

20.07.-24.07.2024 haben wir unseren ersten gemeinsamen Familienurlaub (2 erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in Koratien bei diesem Gastgeber verbringen dürfen.Der Gastgeber Venci ist ein sehr freundlicher Herr.Sehr kinderlieb, lustig und spricht sehr verständlich und gut deutsch. Die Kommunikation war schon vor dem Reservieren bis zum letzten Tag einwandfreiDas Haus ist sehr groß, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir konnten Tischtennis ,tischkicker, Federball, Volleyball im Pool spielen.Der Garten ist schön gestaltet mit Garten und frischem Gemüse.Wir können diese Unterkunft und Venci jeden besonders empfehlen vor allem für Familien Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen

Einfach unschlagbar!

Schon die Buchung lief sehr reibungslos, der Empfang vom Hausbesitzer war sehr herzlich. Uns wurde in bestem deutsch alles erklärt, der Vermieter während des Aufenthaltes immer ansprechbar. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dort, ca. 15 Autominuten von Opatija entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig, es wohnen dort nur Einheimische. Wer Trubel mag, ist hier falsch. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann, wenn man sein Frühstück selbst machen mag und sich abends kocht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zudem tolle Lokale mit fairen Preisen und sehr gutem Essen und Service, da können die Gastronomen an der Küste, die nur auf Touristen in Masse eingestellt sind, nicht mithalten. Wir fahren dort sicher wieder hin! Und wenn man das Haus zu sechst oder siebt (drei Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder) belegt, ist auch der Preis ok. Da kommt ein Pärchen in der Hauptsaision mit 900 Euro hin. Danke an den Vermieter, das war ein ganz fantastischer Urlaub! Petra & Günter
