The Studio offered a warm and cosy fire, great kitchen amenities, hot shower and a comfy bed. Our host, Elizabeth, allowed use to roam and enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding the bucolic, hillside vistas from the picturesque dam just a leisurely stroll past the impressive chick coop - a must for all visitors of this enchanting property. Thank you, Elizabeth, for a relaxing mid-week break.

Thanks so much Jenny for your lovely review. Very much appreciated. You mentioned continental breakfast so I am hoping we did not stock the Studio with the usual fresh eggs from our “girls” plus bacon etc. We did enjoy hosting you and hope to see you back one day. Elizabeth

We didn't want to leave. We had a three night break and could have happily stayed longer. It was exactly what we were after. We wanted something cozy and just big enough for the two of us, which is exactly what this property provides. So quiet and peaceful, yet only 5-10 minutes drive into Berry, which was a delight in itself. The added bonus of breakfast provided for our first morning, with access to more eggs from 'the girls" was amazing, and delicious. The fireplace soon warmed the studio and was easy to keep going with a more than ample supply of wood. It was just so relaxing... we will definitely be returning.
