Loved the cabin. Clean & spacious. Only complaint was the 2 beds were very uncomfortable & the hot tub jets were not working. The cabin itself was AWESOME!

Nice cabin
Peace and quiet, loved the hot tub, dishwasher, ice maker in the fridge and comfortable beds.
We enjoyed our stay; we especially liked the fire pit with the wood left behind for its use. The fireplace was lovely, but the weather was a little too warm to use it. The well equipped kitchen made meal preparations a breeze; we loved the beautiful dining table large enough to accommodate everyone. The home was beautifully decorated with ample seating in the living room. We had a little trouble locating the correct street when we first arrived but remembered to turn at the mailbox with the 79 on it after that. We would definitely stay again.

Decent place for family of 4
good location not too far from Helen you’ll have your privacy
Hot tub was nice. TVs were newer. Had some bug issues and neither shower worked. Bath only. It could have been cleaner. The place is dated and needs some upgrades, but for what we were after, it was ok.

Very clean and well stocked
The cabin is clean and well stocked. The hot tub didn’t work and the tub didn’t hold water, but other than that it was nice!

This was perfect for a couple of couples and our dog. The cabin is cozy. We had a fire every night, did puzzles and games. We had to use our own logins for the streaming of a movies and the wifif is spotty.
We had a great time. We made a last minute reservation here to go on a mini moon and really enjoyed it. The hot tub was great along with having a porch to relax on. We were worried being outside of Helen but it was only about a 12 min beautiful drive in to town. Definitely plan to rebook.
Over all very nice place. For us personally, it was difficult for my husband to take a shower because he needed a grab-bar to get in and out of the bathtub; no walk-in shower. I picked the cabin because it had a ramp that helped with entry- we are seniors. The bed in the back bedroom was super high and difficult to climb in and out of (could use a step stool), but it was very comfortable.

Hi Cynthia. Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear you found the cabin overall nice and appreciated the ramp for easier entry. I’m sorry to learn that the bathtub and bed height presented some challenges during your stay.
Your comments about the grab-bar and bed accessibility are very important, and I want to assure you that we have reported these concerns to our local team for their attention.
We truly value your input as it helps us improve the experience for all our guests.

Just what I asked for
The cabin was just what we asked for. A home away from home. My family and I expected to enjoy the city and city adventures but we also found ourselves enjoying the cleanliness and comfiness of the cabin. The staff communicated with us the entire stay. We would not hesitate to book another visit.

Nice little get away
The cabin is lovely. It was well equipped with all the kitchen gadgets you could ask for. Beds were comfortable, homes were nice and clean. Drive way is very steep just as described. We felt like we were away from it all. Would for sure return.

Clean and comfortable
The cabin was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The drive way leading to the cabin was very inclined. I was really disappointed with the jacuzzi because the jets were not working right. The 1st night only 1 jet worked and by 2nd, 3 of 4 worked.

Thank you for your review, Carol. We are sorry to see you were disappointed with the jacuzzi. Maintenance inspected the jets after your stay since you did not permit entry during your reservation, and they found all the jets working.
