Large outdoor entertaining deck with views to the beach, perfect for relaxing day or night.

The house is split over 4 levels and offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. There are 3 lounge areas each with a TV. Comfortably suits 8 adults in 4 queen rooms plus bunks and singles to suit kids or extra guests. The dining table seats 10 so if you are more than 10 guests you may consider two sittings or use the outdoor dining table for extra guests .

Featuring timber floors and light furnishings throughout the house you immediately feel you are on the coast. Bi-fold doors open out to a large entertaining deck where you can enjoy the views, a BBQ, and relaxing on the outdoor lounge and outdoor table (seats 10 on 6 chairs and 4 stools) and if the weather is not so pleasant there is a partially covered area with heater and blinds.

Please be advised that there are stairs down from 110 Copacabana drive to front door. There are also stairs up from the carpark to the bottom deck of the house.

We have just renovated and now two more bedrooms have an ensuite making a total of 4 out of 5 bedrooms with a bathroom.

Bedroom 1 - Master - queen size bed with ensuite, A/C, fan, walk in robe, TV and views of the beach. Extra single bed can be requested for a child.

Middle Level - upper
Bedroom 2 - queen size bed, TV. Across from main bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - queen size bed plus bunk and small wardrobe. ensuite with toilet. Adjacent to main bathroom.
Bedroom 4 - queen size bed and large wardrobe plus ensuite with toilet and shower.

Middle level
Kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and other essentials for your stay. Kitchen is adjacent to dining table that seats maximum 10.

Lounge area has reverse cycle air-con and fireplace, SMART TV with NETFLIX, (you just sign in with your own account details, soundbar with bluetooth so you can connect your iphone/music, radio/stereo/dvd and huge entertaining deck with views, outdoor dining table, lounge and BBQ.

Lower level

Bedroom 5 - 2 sets of bunks and 1 single.
Small TV and access to bathroom / laundry through sliding door.
Bathroom/Laundry - shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer and access to deck.
Games area and another lounge with Tv .
Bi-folds open to lower deck with outdoor table with 6 chairs and a courtyard with small grass area, outdoor lounge and outdoor heater
Parking for 4 cars at the base of property.

LINEN AND TOWELS INCLUDED
Each bed is provided with flat sheets, pillow slips, bath towels,
face washers
and hand towels and bath mats in bathrooms, which are all sent to the laundry at the end of your stay for a professional clean.
Internet access is available and code provided on booking.
House Access Code is also provided prior to arrival.

The Area

Copacabana is about one hour drive north from Hornsby with a stunning beach, dog friendly and local shops, such as mini market (also has surf boards for hire), chemist, bottle shop, hair salon and several great coffee shops. There are several cafes for light meals, Lady Copa for pizzas and Oceans for tapas, cocktails and local talent nights.

It is a short stroll to Copacabana Beach, (patrolled Sept through April school holidays) and Cochrane Lagoon for a bit of fishing or paddle boarding or along the beach it is an easy walk to the adjoining Macmasters Beach. You can also walk up Del Monte Place to Captain Cook Lookout for a great view up and down the coastline… lookout for whales!

By car

Terrigal – 10 min - is close by for a bit of shopping and numerous restaurants.

Avoca - 5 min - is also worth a visit for its surf and restaurants and restored Avoca Theatre. There are Sunday markets every 4th Sunday at Heazlett Park Foreshore, Avoca Beach

Erina Fair - 2o min - is a major shopping complex within 20 minutes with Hoyts theatre and ice skating.
Public Transport

You can reach Copacabana beach by taking a train to GOSFORD and then a bus right into Copacabana Beach, that stops at the Surf Life Saving Club. There is also a bus from Copacabana beach to Avoca Beach and to Erina Fair.

What to Do
Besides enjoying the beach, surf and lagoon and walks in the area there is more.
For the golfers try Gosford and Woy Woy courses or try the driving range at Kincumber.
The Central Coast offers National Parks for walking, Brisbane Waters for boating, the Australian Reptile Park at Somersby, and the Wildlife Park at Calga.
