Welcome to Illoura

Perfectly situated on Phegans Bay, this generously proportioned 4 bedroom bungalow sleeps 10 people,as well as a separate studio apartment for another 2 people.
Set on a large waterfront block,the retreat is newly renovated and immaculately presented.
"Illoura",an aboriginal term meaning "pleasant place" features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a dining table seating 12 guests and 3 modern bathrooms,with 1 featuring a large bath.All linen and bath towels are provided at no extra cost.
The open living plan area flows through large bi-fold doors to the outside deck overlooking Phegans Bay.
The front and back yards are fully fenced,ideal for the safety of children as well as your four legged friends.
Illoura has a private jetty which is ideal for fishing or securing your boat and the boat ramp is conveniently located only 2 minutes away.

I almost don’t want to recommend this property so it is always available for when I want to rent it time and time again. It is a lovely bungalow with the most beautiful view across Woy Woy bay from the back patio and kitchen and living area. The rooms are all a great large size. It’s just beautiful

Relaxing and convenient

We stayed here as a family of adults and had an amazing time. Being a short trip from Sydney to maximise our break time, it still feels very removed from the city and surrounds. The spaces and yard were wonderful for spending time in, and the water views and access were perfect!

Booked this lovely big house for the weekend of my daughter's wedding as we had family over from England and wanted to spend as much time together as possible, and it exceeded all of my expectations. 92nd Birthday Celebrations

We needed a house big enough to fit us all and this house did not disappoint.. plenty of beds for everyone. The main area of the house was just gorgeous , super spacious and bifolds opening onto a huge deck that led down to the private jetty. It was the perfect house in the perfect location for our fathers 92nd birthday!!
