Climate Change is located in the quaint neighborhood of Sea Tern, perched up on a hill providing privacy and sea breezes. When not at the beach, you can lay around the pool, soak in the hot tub or relax in the hammock or porch swing. The main level has plenty of areas for your family to gather together and enjoy a seafood dinner, play an old fashioned board game or watch a movie on the large TV. All bedrooms have access to the furnished decks. The spacious lower level recreation room has a full-size pool table and a foosball table, sure to provide hours of entertainment for your family. Watch your favorite movie or catch a game on the LCD TV. There's a kitchenette with a wet bar, microwave and full size fridge giving your guests easy access to poolside beverages and snacks.

Sea Tern has private beach and sound access and is conveniently located close to Downtown Duck and the Duck Town Park. Park amenities include a soundside boardwalk, amphitheater, public kayak/canoe launch, picnic shelter, playground, gazebo, walking trails and summer events. A seven-mile long multi-use path is located on the east side of Duck Road and provides a scenic and safe recreational venue for visitors to enjoy. Pedestrians, bicyclists and in-line skaters share the Duck Trail.

Great house

Very good vacation

Big house, lots of rooms and good soundproofing. Kitchen appliances were lacking, there was an issue with the garbage disposal, but the house had a great layout and every room had a deck with deck furniture. The views were mostly of trees which also provided lots of bird sounds. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our group.

Family stay at Duck, NC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental home was only a block from the beach which was wonderful. The swimming pool was very popular with our young family members. The home was situated in a tree filled area which helped with the sun’s rays. The multilevel home was accurately described but older members of our family had a difficult time going up and down stairs multiple times a day. D.J. was the realtor that we used and she was awesome!Small problems such as a mirror being held on the wall in a bathroom with a very small nail which fell to the floor and pulling the towel off the rack in one bathroom caused the entire rack to fall.Overall, a wonderful experience.

All had a blast nice home and pool. I do have issues with several things, the deck railings are in terrible shape and should be repaired ASAP. Three of us including me stepped on rusty nails that have fallen from the house. Very dangerous!! we all had stabs and blood from the nails. Not terrible just glad it wasn't kids. Otherwise the propert was great. Thank you but fix the rails and clean up the nails !!
