MONTHLY RENTAL: Requires a minimum stay of 28 nights occurring within the same month. Stay a month and live like a local!

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy beverages on the balconies or a splash in the pool, as you being to unwind and enjoy your vacation. Filled with sunshine and happiness, this two-story pink gem provides space and privacy for families or friends.

With two first floor living rooms, two ensuite bedrooms and two private balconies, everyone can enjoy their own slice of heaven. When it’s time to come together, the open concept gourmet kitchen and seating areas on the first floor, provide room for entertaining. Complete with a sleeper sofa, TV, dining table, and bar seating, the comfortable kitchen area allows everyone to be in the conversation. The chef in your group will enjoy preparing gourmet treats in the beautifully equipped kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a slide-in gas range.

French doors open out onto the back deck and cocktail pool, and exemplify indoor-outdoor Key West living. It is here that you will make wonderful memories. Rounding out the first floor is a convenient powder room, cool tile floors and a desk, should you or the kiddos need to get a bit of work done. The Pink House is indeed a classic treasure not to be missed!

BED CONFIGURATION: Two light and airy queen ensuite bedrooms are located on the second floor. Adorned in colors of the sea, each room has a beautifully updated bath, TV, ceiling fan, dresser, and French doors that access your own private balcony-one in the front of the home and one at the rear of the home. A sleeper sofa is available for a guest.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Private saline cocktail pool with a small sitting pool surrounded by lush foliage. The pool is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, deck, gas grill and dining table are provided for your enjoyment.

PARKING: A luxury in Key West, this home includes parking for 2 vehicles.

LOCATION: Ideally located just 3 blocks from Duval Street and north of Truman Avenue in Historic Old Town. From here you can walk or bike to several galleries, attractions, and restaurants.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that are pet-friendly.)

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

Walkable distance to all must see attractions, popular restaurants, and music venues. The focal point is definitely the lush landscaped backyard with enjoyable deck area and heated pool. Bring pool floats as you will definitely spend lots of time in the pool. Two parking spaces are a plus. The property is well maintained and well stocked with expendable supplies. Property management company is extremely professional and quick to respond to any issues.

Great house

The house was perfect. It is wonderfully decorated. Great location-did not need a car. Quiet with friendly neighbors. We paid extra for the pool to be heated which was so worth it. Loved it so much we booked again for next year. As far as the management company, they are great. Thank you so much for always being in communication. The updates on what was happening in the area was really helpful. If I owned a short tem rental in Key west I would use your company.

Reviewer Comments: Review of “The Pink House” As we crossed the threshold of the Pink House and laid eyes on the conch shell door knocker we knew we were in for a special stay. This home is decorated throughout with a very special attention to detail. Kudos to the lead decorator 🐔. The well appointed kitchen is quite the place to gather to cook, relax and laugh. The kitchen separates 2 living rooms with one used for total relaxation and reading and the other for laughter and making the special memories with a nice TV in the background. The 2 large bedrooms upstairs are absolutely wonderful and the large walk in closet was a huge surprise. Relaxing outside surrounded by palm trees and a lovely scenic pool with a separate cocktail pool for gathering around reminded us that we were indeed staying in a special slice of paradise. It is quite the spot to reminisce about the days gone by. To the owner of “The Pink House”, thank you !! To our friends at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals, we appreciate all of your help and also all of the important updates and for the ongoing pool maintenance and the handling of all the cans to the curb on trash day. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would have given this rental a 1 star, however as a scuba diver...the outside shower was a plus for rinsing gear. On one occasion got myself locked out, called the hot line....MIAL BOX WAS FULL....went to the neighbors who tracked down someone to get me access. Termites swarming in the double bath freaked my guest out as well as the hot tub not working....doesn't work....never worked....

We used the pool, grill, and large patio daily, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook. The house is walking distance to lots of restaurants, Duval, and the beach, but it's far enough away from the main drag that it's not loud at night. Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was extremely responsive and quick to help us with any small issues that came up, and they even helped us book a few excursions. I highly recommend you rent from them!

The back yard is so serene and private and perfect for relaxing and dining pool side after a day at the beach. We never needed a car as we walked or used our rental bikes wherever we went. Sunsets were one of our favorite things to do and the house is perfectly located in walking distance to Mallory Square or a quick bike ride to Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park. Our favorite hangouts are Schooner Wharf, B.O's Fish Wagon, Half Shell Raw Bar, Blue Heaven, and Santiaga's Bodega. This is our second year using Historic Key West Vacation Rentals. They are very responsive and helpful with anything you may need! We look forward to more Key West adventures!

It is located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The photos of the house on the website do not do justice to how beautiful the home really is. This is one of the few times that the actual home is much better in person than the photos show on the web. The home is roomy, comfortable, well furnished, and has new bathrooms for each bedroom upstairs. The pool and deck outside are perfect for dining under the stars or for just hanging out. We think this house is the perfect choice for a monthly rental in key west. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to meet the actual owners of the house during our stay and personally thanked them for allowing us to stay in their lovely home.

We are hesitant to recommend to others because we like it so much and are hoping to eventually extend our stay. Looking forward to 2022!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was the best we have ever had since renting in Key West every year. Close to Truman Waterfront where we walked every night for sunset. Walking distance to all place we wanted to visit, eat or drink at.House had every amenity we needed for our month long stay. Pool deck actually had too many chairs 😊 Rental agency very helpful & accessible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at the Pink House! We used the pool, grill, and large patio daily, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook. The house is walking distance to lots of restaurants, Duval, and the beach, but it's far enough away from the main drag that it's not loud at night. Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was extremely responsive and quick to help us with any small issues that came up, and they even helped us book a few excursions. I highly recommend you rent from them!

The Pink House totally exceeded our expectations again. The home is lovely, clean, quite and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation both indoors and out. The location is ideal to Duval Street, restaurants galore just a short stroll away. Convenient to Fort Zack beach and Southernmost public beach. Unfortunately, COVID 19 was an issue this year. We still had a wonderful time as the pool was private so we were able to follow social distancing in the comfort of our home away from home. The staff at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals couldn’t have been more responsive accommodating and friendly, really fantastic!!!! A shout out to Steve for his patience and the owner Natalie who was very accommodating and just a lovely person. Denise our neighbor, is a doll and provided us with lots of local history. Can’t wait to return next year.
