Enjoy calming golf course views from the stunning new kitchen, featuring new cabinets, granite counters, and all new stainless-steel appliances. The beautiful golf course and mountain view continues while enjoying your meals in the dining area and relaxing in the living room. Enjoy high vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, dining area, living room and master bedroom. Your time on the patio can be spent relaxing on the new furniture, grilling on the new gas barbecue, or enjoying outdoor dining, all while taking in the view of the mountains, lush golf course, lake, and fountain. Enjoy the stone gas fireplace in the living room to keep you cozy on those chilly evenings. The 55" HDTV will keep you tuned into tennis, golf, or the show of your choice with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc. Entertain friends and family in the dining area with seating for 8. The flooring boasts new porcelain tile throughout except for the two freshly carpeted bedrooms and den. The master bedroom sports a new king-sized bed and 50" HDTV along with a very large closet space. The Ensuite master bathroom includes two sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 47" HDTV for additional guests. Therre is also a den which has two skylights (with retractable blackout blinds) and a 50" HDTV as well. The den also has built-in cabinets and a granite work surface providing a very stylish desk area. All of the bedrooms, and the living room have remote control ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower and a skylight to bring in natural light. The house has plenty of storage space and is fully stocked with everything you will need for a short or extended stay. You will only need food, clothing and personal items.

Monterey Country Club has one of the best locations in the Desert. It is centrally located to the best shopping and dining in the valley. There are 27 swimming pools/hot tubs in the community with the closest one only steps away.

Absolutely wonderful

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully updated condo. We played tennis, swam in the pool, relaxed on the patio, and cooked in the gourmet kitchen. The owner met our every need. We would love to stay here again.

Lovely Desert Getaway

We have stayed in many condos in Palm Desert over the years and this was one of the nicest ones yet. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive and easy to deal with, and our security deposit was promptly refunded. The location and views were excellent too. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY

Nice property right on golf course with gym/tennis access. TV a real frustration even with communication with owner. Otherwise no problems at all and owner easy to deal with.

Best vacation rental in PS area!

We vacation with our two adult children and their respective bf/gf. This home is perfect. The rooms are spacious the beds are comfortable and the space is large enough that we never get in each others way. The locations is absolute perfection- everything is close and we made day trips to Joshua Tree and to Mesa for incredible hiking. But best part of this hole is how incredibly well it is stocked - little details like foil, and Pam for cooking, and baggies…. These details mean so much when you’re traveling! Plenty of dishes, cups, etc. bottom line- stay here. You will love it.

I don't think that the pictures on this property do the house justice. It was very clean, there was more space than we anticipated, and was a perfect place for our group to stay for the weekend in the Palm Desert area. We didn't end up using any of the facilities (pool, tennis courts, golf course, etc.), but they all looked in good condition. Would definitely come back and would recommend to other people looking for a place to stay!

Steve's property was first class inside and out! Squeaky clean, every imaginable ammenity, great location in a beautiful golf course community with safe and comfortable biking, jogging, and dog walking in a neighborhood of overtly friendly residents. Much better experience than staying at a house or hotel with an inside and outside gathering area with fireplace to talk and enjoy company over dinner and drinks. Will be returning for a longer stay!

The property is situated on a beautiful fairway, and the condo is uber clean, (and I’m a clean freak!) We really enjoyed the modern kitchen, the beds were comfy, and they even had bicycles we could use. One highlight is the fantastic patio and really nice outdoor furniture... a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail. Can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing Retreat on the Green

Beautiful home with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen/outdoor BBQ and dinned on the patio. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. There is a spacious living room, fireplace and abundant TV entertainment. Pool and Jacuzzi are just around the corner. We have a wonderful time. We definitely will be back!
