Completely Unsatisfied
The pictures of this condo are not what you walk into. The place was FILTHY! The walls were black, the vents were completely covered in cobwebs and filth. the curtains were black from filth, the cupboards were black and falling apart. The rugs were stained and filthy. The bathroom had someones elses toothpaste all over the wall. I reached out to the property manager the day we got there and there was no response until 24 hours later after we had already had to sleep in that filth. You had to wear shoes in the condo the whole time unless your feet were completely black on the bottom thats how dirty it was. My first day was cleaning just to feel comfortable.
The community itself is terrible. There are so many rules and the workers are racist and rude. You cant have any pool toys, you can have any drinks or food, kids can play in the pool. You basically can get in and stand there. The workers do nothing but yell at people the whole time. If you are going as a family to have a good time this is not the resort for you.
Overall our experience with this vrbo rental is hands down the worst we have ever had. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
