The place was great. The rooms were clean, it had a wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed the pool, slide and lazy river. We will definetly book again next time we come down.

Fantastic stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the parks, and the amenities—including the pools, lazy river, and hot tub—were a great way to relax. Mark was an outstanding host who communicated well and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was family-friendly, conveniently located, and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great activities for people of all ages. Lots of free crafts for kids. The pool was very fun and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The washer and dryer are small but did the job to wash a load of laundry. We loved the screened patio and that the pool towels were provided.

Great location for our family. Amenities were awesome, pool, gym etc.., And close enough to all the parks. Beds and living areas were comfy enough for our family of 4. We would stay again for sure.

We stayed 3 nights and had two adult children with us. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect for our stay. Looks exactly like the pictures. The facilities there were wonderful! The kids loved the water slides, lazy river, pool and hot tub. The proximity to restaurants, shopping and all the parks was perfect. Communication was great as well! Thanks again!! And we’ll definitely be back!

The property was clean and as advertised. When I needed to communicate with the property owner, they were responsive and helpful. The house rules are appropriate and easy to follow. We didn’t use any of the resort amenities as we had other things booked for our stay. I recommend this property.

Great trip

We have stay with this host before and have always had a great stay. The light in the downstairs bathroom hardly worked but it didn’t bother us, we still had a great stay. Will stay again!

Great location

The ability to walk to the pool, restaurants, and the location to pick up necessities was perfect. The listing is as described and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. The pool kept our kids busy all day- nice to have the lazy River and water slides. Very quiet location we were able to sleep in without being woken up by outside noice.

While the place was indeed clean, the building is very old. The description and pictures of the rental are very misleading. It describes the place as newly renovated, and it is not. The picture of the living room have to be an AI generated because it looks nothing like the pictures. The unit is small. It’s cozy enough for two adults and two small children. The water smells too, which suggests the pipes are old. I chose this rental because it was a quick getaway for my family and the price point seemed reasonable until we arrived. I’d rather have paid an additional 50-100 per night to be more comfortable and visibly satisfied. Sandy Lake is two blocks down the road. If esthetics, space, and newer buildings are important to you, spend the extra money. You won’t be disappointed. One more thing… the wristbands. DO NOT LOSE THEM. They will charge you an additional 50 per lost wristband. There’s nothing special about it either. Not sure why they just don’t issue the regular orange disposable bands that the resort issues. The host asked me multiple time to give them a five star rating. Not happening. The entire resort needs to be rehabbed. The basketball court and batting cages need new fencing. My husband was disappointed to see the condition of these. On a good note, the kids enjoyed the pool and daily activities provided and the hot tub was hot.

Terrific!

We had a terrific stay! The property was very comfortable and very clean! We enjoyed the location of the unit, we sat on the back porch and enjoyed the scenery and atmosphere. Our whole family loved the pool and pool activities! Definitely worth the stay and definite return!

The property was fantastic! I’d highly recommend this place. It was only a 20 min with traffic to Universal Studios. Tons of restaurant and shopping options around. The amenities at the resort are great. Huge bonus that the pool stays open until 11pm. We really enjoyed our stay!

Super clean and cozy condo. Two big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Water park is right out the back door. Stores and restaurants nearby. Close to Disney. Loved our stay. Highly recommended.

I took my 3 kids to Disney for the first time. It is important to our family that the kids have room to roam and relax. This was a perfect spot for just that that also was affordable. The town home is updated and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was a great communicator. We were close to all the parks and restaurants too. The only downside is that the main pool was closed for annual maintenance which we didn’t know until we got there. Fortunately there is another pool onsite right next to our house. The kids enjoyed all the other activities onsite like tennis, batting cages, foos ball, and an arcade. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property for those that want to be close to parks but also want to enjoy some downtime.

Perfect getaway

Great host, great property, great resort! Host communicated with us the entire stay and the property had everything we needed. Both the property and resort were very clean. Nice that resort was right across the street. Disney and sea world only 20 minutes away. Handful of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book with this owner again!
