Great location, lovely house, good condition
Would benefit having a BBQ area and access to the upstairs balcony for fresh air in the evening.
Loved our stay, great hosts!
The townhouse was in lovely spot. Everything was very nice indeed for the Australia Day long weekend. Cafe near by, a short walk to Melbourne Street, and other attractions. Would highly recommend.
Excellently located family-friendly home, walkable to city, close to Torrens river trails, North Adelaide, with playground across the road and cafe next door. Off-street secure covered parking was an unexpected bonus!
Location was great and home had everything we needed. Enclosed private garage/carpark was a bonus. Location so close to the River Torrens path also a bonus, we used the path every day. Beds are both very comfortable too. Thanks Ben!
This townhouse is in a beautiful location. An easy stroll to the Zoo, the beautiful Botanic gardens and the Art Gallery of South Australia. Everything is available to prepare and cook meals. Overall, very cosy and comfortable
I enjoyed the home. It was close to the zoo, the botanical garden, the university, and Rundle Mall. Also, Fix was a great breakfast place right across the street. Thank you for sharing your home with me.
Communication with Ben was simple and quick. The accommodation itself was cosy and comfortable in a great location, especially with the Fix cafe a stone’s throw away. A 20 minute walk into town made it very accessible. Would highly recommend.
Great coffee shop across the street.
secure parking was a pleasant surprise .
Park with playground opposite means no sleeping in , in the mornings.
Great shower pressure which his a big factor at the end of a long day in the Adelaide sun.
Reasonably well presented townhouse. Great coffee shop across the road and the bread selection is amazing. Park across the other road where the kids can enjoy the playground, there's access to the River Torrens and a brilliant dog exercise area when you turn right at the bottom of the stairs. Some concerns about the posts holding up the verandah and the flooding in the garage, but a strong 10/10 for access to the city and facilities.
