Cozy property, large and airy, BUILDING WITHOUT LIFT !!!, the fit. stay on the 2nd. Floor (side and without balcony) with accommodation for 6 people (INCLUDING CHILDREN, for a more comfortable accommodation we suggest 5 PEOPLE !! ) and the garage is for 1 car. The property is very close to bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, convenience stores, pizzeria and direct exit to highway Fr. Manoel da Nóbrega and the most important 200 meters from the beach !!! and very close to the craft fair that is in the center of the neighborhood of Caiçara and with the new boardwalk and all revitalized, beautiful !!!
Guests must bring bed and bath linen, as they are items for personal use !!!
