My husband Matt and I lived in our Dynamite Craftsman for years when we were younger. We just loved it and the super fun neighborhood and think you will too. We live in town and are available for anything you might need, yet we give our guests their space to really make themselves at home.

Copper Young is Memphis’ favorite neighborhood, with the best restaurants and some of the coolest shops, bars and venues in town. Our 2 Bathroom, 3 BR home is just2 blocks from Young Avenue and the heart of this vibrant, thriving neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

A rare gem for turn of the century craftsmen in the area, our Dynamite Craftsman has two full bathrooms and 3 BR. Plenty of room for everyone. We’ve done a ton of updating, including a beautiful kitchen and a large deck out back.
