2/10 Terrible

Home was close to Presley mansion (reason for renting). However, it looked like the floors and walls had not been cleaned for a very long time. The dust was thick on vents, mold on shower curtain, and light switches filthy. Floors were so dirty that our socks were black immediately. Two days cockroaches showed up in the dining room and one night two water leaches showed up in one bathroom. Never have we had that in Memphis in at least 20 trips. VRBO is good but this home is not.
