Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Great communication with the property management, condo was great location and loved the bottle of prosecco and towel as a welcome gift. Little things and commutation makes for great stay. Only complaint was ice machine was out which we knew about upon arrival but it was out on property as well so had to spend extra for ice. Left the leftovers for the next arrival. Highly recommend property

Nice place, great location. Due to size of complex, beach gets a bit busy with all the set ups and we were off peak from most spring breaks. Great for families with 4 pools. Still, very nice!

Beachfront Beauty

We had the most fantastic stay at A401! This condo is exquisite inside with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean outside. The furnishings and decor managed to be the best of both worlds by combining style AND comfort. We loved the layout of the bedrooms which gave us all the space we needed. The beds were fabulous as well. We would be thrilled to have the opportunity to stay here again. Your Friend at the Beach was super helpful every step of the way. We also loved the amenities at the Adagio and took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub when we were through playing on the beach. Our kids loved the sand and surf but enjoyed switching it up too. :)

This condo was lovely and we had great light from all the extra windows since it was an end unit. Beds and pillows were great and living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen needs a few extras for people who cook each night...complete set of measuring spoons, more cereal bowls, better quality large cooking utensils and a larger stock pot. Other than a few misses with the kitchen ware this condo is an outstanding choice for your vacation.
