Gorgeous three-bedroom, fully furnished condo pool, spa, laundry; northeast Mesa

This unit is in Alta Mesa Chateaux in northeast Mesa, AZ. There are three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has an alcove sitting area, walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. There is a separate dining area. It is totally turn key and fully furnished. Parking is off-street and plentiful. The beautiful pool and spa area are a few steps away but just far enough that pool noise is not an issue. Across the street is shopping, a food market, a half-dozen or so restaurants (both sit-down and fast food) and a deli. Sloan Park (spring training home of the Chicago Cubs) is a few miles away; the rest of the Phoenix-area Cactus League stadiums are within relatively short drives. Seasonal professional sports include baseball, basketball and football. Tennis and golf are a few blocks away with a multitude of other golf venues just short drives away. An indoor pickleball venue is three blocks distant.

Very Nice

Our stay was very nice. Some furnishings and the carpets could use replacing however the condo was very cozy and it had everything we needed. The mattresses are quite firm. The heated pool and parking spot were a very short walk away. The outdoor patio was small but could easily accommodate two people. The neighbours and other guests were very welcoming. The biggest downfalls for us were the absence of sports channels on the tv and that the street noise was very loud at times. The condo owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. If able, we would definitely return. D

Love having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Parking is great and close to unit.

Love the patio off the dining area and love that it is a ground unit. No stairs!! This is our 3rd stay with Ken and we’ll be staying again sometime.

Nice place, needs some work

Master bed needs updating, mattress/springs are noisy. Lock on entry way door was not functioning, Everything else was great. Close to pool/spa.

Ground floor with maybe a six-inch step up for the entry threshold. It has a double-wide entry door to the master bedroom. Grab rails are in place in each of the two showers.
