Enjoyable place to stay Clean and comfortable Awesome to be able to have our 2 little dogs with us. Loved the fire which warmed every room in the cottage so great for our short winter break.

It is set up really well. We used the wood burner and there is lots of wood. The bach had everything we needed. Lots of games, books and dvd's. It had plenty of room for 4 adults. Close driving distance to shops and beach. A good place to stay.

Great for extended family stay. Handy to all amenities and so many extras e.g. bikes, boogie boards and indoor games and DVDs that 3 boys didn't not complain about no wifi. A very well equipped cottage. Thankyou.

Wonderful weekend away with a friend and so good to be able to take the dogs gate across the deck to make it secure was a bonus nice and quite location surrounded by bush most enjoyable

Magic Mangawhai

We loved the bach, great location, well appointed and a homely feel with plenty of space both inside and outside on the decks. Quiet, surrounded by bush and birdsong and only a ten minute walk to the Estuary and the village. We would love to stay here again.

Tracey was professional and welcoming. Hiring the linen package is a great option. Allowing access to the paddle boards and soft roof racks were a blessing and the memorable family moments were priceless. Thank you, Bach Stay Team!
We learnt how to use paddleboards which was a fun memorable moment for our daughters.
Soft Roof Racks are a must
Whizzing dowm Mangawhai Sand Dunes on boogie boards. A must Do activity!
Their coffee and treats are not an Auckland vibe.. we felt like tourists hahaha!

Brilliant golf spot

Played golf with a few friends at Mangawhai. Bach was super close to the course and an easy walk into town to meet the others. Clean, tidy, easy to do everything in the property. Would be great in the summer wuth deck and BBQ (august was a little chilly !) Popped out for

Peaceful Mangawhai haven

Such a great bach - close to Wood St. Shops and cafes and not a long drive to the beach but very peaceful. No wifi but a great TV , its a great spot to relax and have time out. Nice secure property for dogs. Really recommend it. Nick .
