Good spot

Everything went well with the stay. Home was as advertised. Only issue I had was finding the unit at night with no cell service. Guards helped me locate the unit but that was our only hang up. would recomend.

Beautiful property, great people!

The property was beautiful! It’s a nice spot to be, as you can get out and about all day and then come back to a relaxing pool/beach to enjoy the sunset. Yoyo and her staff at the poolside bar and grill were a surprising highlight of our trip. The food and drinks were delicious! We had 5 teenagers and there was plenty of space for them to spread out. We cooked several meals while we were there and had sufficient pots, pans, dishes, etc. The property offered a nice home base for the week. The AC stopped working downstairs while we were there and it was fixed within a couple of hours. There’s a great team of people behind the scenes to ensure a great stay. Highly recommend!

Renter beware

Worst VRBO experience ever. In a nutshell we dealt with them moving us to another property due to bad plumbing. Ants all over the floor in the living room, black mold from the air conditioner, and a broken lock on the only door you could access with a key. The incorrect Wi-Fi password made it impossible to contact the host and the photos used for the house on the VRBO website makes the house look beautiful and it was a total disappointment. We ended up not even staying there. The trip protection does nothing for situations like ours and all VRBO can do is work as a mediator between renter and host. When we submitted all of our photos and videos to VRBO we were met with the host calling us liars even though we had video evidence.

WORSE RENTERS EVER In a nutshell, this was an instant booking, and within 5 minutes of booking the house, we informed them there was an issue with the jacuzzi plumbing, and would not be available, and asked if they would like a refund, or could move to another house with a private pool. We are in Costa Rica, and it is common to see an ant or bug here and there, our houses are regulated and sprayed after each rental. A/C units are maintained regularly and filters are changed and changed monthly, to suggest house has black mold is completely false If the renters would ONLY check VRBO for instructions, and read the details of the house, this could have been a 5 Star experience, as Wi-Fi and passwords are send 24 hour ahead of time to ensure a great experience VRBO trip protection DOES work, as we also submitted photos, and all communications with VRBO, and was determined that the renters WERE LYING.

No cumplió nuestras expectativas

Amazing Vacation Spot

I can not scream load enough about this property and the owners of the house absolutely amazing! Rob and Sarah were amazing, they contacted us as soon as we made the reservation and kept in touch every step of the way. The property itself is beyond what we expected. The pics online are just the beginning of how beautiful and well maintained the property is kept. Neighborhood is clean, safe and right next to one of the most impressive beaches I have ever been to ( I travel continuously) , the location is perfect close enough to be close to everything, distanced enough to feel like its your own private island. We had the best time the week we stayed at this house and could not be more happy with everything we experienced. Rob, and Sarah you started our journey and we thank you for everything! If you are wanting to visit Costa Rica I recommend this property, if I could give a 1000 on survey results I would! Best spot in Costa Rica! Thank Jason
