We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this warm and inviting place. The layout of the house is great and suited our group of nine perfectly. The main living area is super spacious. Very well appointed kitchen and fantastic location. You can even walk to Blackheath.
The property suited our group very well, but we did have problems communicating with the agents. We did not receive an email with the code to the lock box and needed to call the agent, who was very obliging. Unfortunately the written communications were not as successful, with two of our messages not being answered at all. Disappointing.

Disappointing
The outdoor area was unusable
It was dusty, dirty, and unwelcoming
Undercover roof was covered in cobwebs and had clearly not been attended to for some weeks. Inside everything was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned, as you would assume it should be in readiness for guests. All the kitchen utensils , cup, saucers, cutlery were good, no problems. The floor needed to be cleaned. Bedrooms and bathrooms good, Thankyou .
