The house features 26-foot ceiling with a glass wall overlooking the lake. Private primary bedroom, bathroom and deck on upper level. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors throughout. Two living areas, three large decks overlooking the lake, fully equipped gym, billiards table, ping pong, Sonos system on main level. Three Roku Smart TVs and two wood burning fireplaces. Wired for high-speed internet connection. Private dock with party deck, just bring your boat (or rent it nearby) and tie to private dock. Swim in the cove's calm water or relax on the party deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Fish for bass, crappie and catfish from the dock. There is convenient access to public boat ramp, Nix Bridge, and gas marina, Athens Boat Club, to refuel your boat.

Only five miles from the North Georgia Premium outlet mall, groceries (delivery available to the front door via Instacart!), 15 minutes from the charming historic town of Dahlonega and the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Movie theater, restaurants and wineries only minutes away. Golf, white water rafting, horseback riding hiking at Amicalola Falls, are nearby. Close to the best hiking and mountain biking in Georgia. Spend a weekend or a week, you'll never want to leave!

Beautiful Lake Lanier home, located approximately 20 minutes from Dahlonega and just miles from shops/restaurants in Dawsonville. Communication with Sherri (host) was very good and she provided everything for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!

This house is amazing. The dock was great, close location to everything we needed. So much fun for all of our family and friends that we had up with us. The communication with the host was great, and she was very helpful with planning. We will definitely be back!!!

What a great multi-family property! The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities, the property manager/owner was accessible at all times and very helpful - even let us check in early! Could not recommend enough!

The house and the cove in which it’s situated are wonderful! We had 5 adults and 2 children in our party and had lots of space in the house for everyone. And the property manager responded immediately to all my questions. I highly recommend this house!

Sheri was amazing with helping us get into the house! Although this house is beautiful it needs some work. When you flush the toilets you can hear the water run through the pipes. One of our guests said it woke them up. The floor the pool table is in is not level. It was hard to play a game of pool when the balls are rolling to one side of the table. The shower in the upstairs master took literally 5 minutes to get hot and it didn’t drain. There was no water pressure so we had to move to the downstairs bathroom to take a shower. It’s very pretty though!

Lake House Memories

House was great. 4 floors so everyone had a lot of space. Family enjoyed swimming in cove and Lanier Luxury Boat rentals was a very close and dropped the rental boat and kayaks right off at our dock. Beautiful area and lots to do close by. Thanks for the memories.

Great Home and Manager!

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean, spacious, well-stocked, and accurate pictures. Close to activities in Dahlonega, Gainesville, etc. and plenty to do for all ages without leaving the home.Sherri is a fantastic property manager. She sent docs with restaurants, things to do, directions, supplies, etc.

Lake Lanier Getaway
