This beautiful beachfront condo, located in the SeaScape community, is the perfect place for a quiet getaway or family vacation.

Our condo has been recently updated and includes all the comforts of home. Relax and watch the beautiful sunsets on the lanai, or enjoy spectacular gulf views from the main living area and open concept kitchen.

Just steps from the beach so you can enjoy long walks, swimming in the Gulf, fishing, collecting sea shells or watching the dolphins and manatee play. Boat, kayak and paddle board rentals are close by so you can enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Seascape is a welcoming, well-maintained community situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at end the of Little Hickory Island. The grounds include a heated beachfront pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, outdoor BBQ grills/picnic area, basketball court and community room/library. SeaScape also has an on-site manager to answer any of your questions. There is convenient assigned parking, including additional guest parking and elevator.

A short ride to Sanibel, Naples, or action packed Fort Myers Beach will provide you with a variety of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, art galleries or flea markets and is less than 30 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport.

Month long rentals are available throughout the year.

Property was modern with an abundance of quality amenities and a perfect location. Unbelievable sunsets. Only complaint was garbage and recycling truck came before 6:30 am on multiple days making so much noice….

A great location and great summer stay!

Mark and Sandy made the summer vacation easy and enjoyable. The unit was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. The great thing about the location is that you’re close to civilization, but can be right in nature quickly. Even over a holiday weekend the beach wasn’t jammed with people and, who doesn’t love seeing bunnies everyday! Definitely a great vacation!

Everyday was 'Another Day in Paradise'

Our stay at this condo was fantastic and exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean & beautifully decorated and the community location was private, well maintained and on a beautiful beach...such a hidden gem. Everything was easy & super convenient. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night on the beach, steps away from our condo door. The owners are super nice and easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed during our stay. We couldn't ask for a more perfect place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your place!!

The condo was absolutely stunning!

Perfection. Very tasteful and nothing but the best quality from the furniture to the towels, sheets, kitchen appliances etc. Everything was extremely clean and organized . Cannot say enough about how charming and comfortable this unit is. The view was so nice and very close to the water. The amenities at Sea Scape are extensive including tennis courts, basketball court, shuffle and a fabulous pool. We will be going back ine 2020!

Paradise on the Gulf Coast

This has been absolutely the most wonderful and peaceful vacation! The biggest decision of the day was beach or pool. The beautiful beach condo, the quiet beach, the manatee and dolphin sightings, and the most breathtaking sunsets! A ritual every evening from 7:45 to 8:16 with our glass of wine! Early morning fishing was enjoyed by my husband and son. Grandchildren enjoyed the calm waters of the gulf and the pool. We all enjoyed great restaurants and cooking in with great sea food. As a Grandma, I even got my Christmas card photo!! We live in Florida and are already booking again for next year!! Working with our hosts has been an absolute pleasure!
