Eva Tour As / Modern 2BR apartment in center, free garage, WiFi & AC

A comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is located on Stihova Street, just 1,5 km away from main square in the historical centre, close to Gospodarsko razstavisce (main fair & exhibition ground), central wine store and is in quiet area. Nearby is also a large playground for children.

Air-conditioned apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), another bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm), living room with sofa which falls down to a bed (160 x 200 cm), kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dish washer and dining table, bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It is equipped with all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery, toaster, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, LCD TV, CATV, air conditioning, telephone and free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access. Towels and linen are provided.

Apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access and it has a private parking space in an underground garage (only for personal vehicles that do not exceed the usual size of 5m) - free of charge. Reservations must be made in advance. Payable public parking spaces are also in front of the building.

Arrival takes place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departure up to 10:00. Guests are welcomed in person. For late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00 there is an additional fee of 30,00 EUR. After 24:00 check-in is not possible.

The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).

We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Good large apartment in Ljubljana

We had a lovely time in Ljubjana. We had a car for 2 days and we went to Lake Bled and Piran (a seaside town) Both were terrific. In general we had a really fun stay.

Great apartment!

We were here for a little over a week and had a great stay. The property managers were responsive when we had questions, and the location was a convenient distance to the Ljubljana city center. Kitchen and dining area are great, and having a dedicated parking spot in the garage below was super helpful.

Great Apartment, very secure, close to all main attractions, free parking and great hosts!

Hosts communication was amazing from booking to arriving, apartment was as per the description, very secure and parking was provided. Everything in the apartment was clean, good cooking facilities, bed was very comfortable, even the neighbour was extremely friendly. Walking distance (stroll) to the old town was only 20 minutes. We would recommend staying in this apartment.

What a nice and friendly cit

My partner, cousin and I enjoyed our stay in Eva’s apartment in the friendly and colorful city of Ljubljana. We felt at home in the green living room, and also the bathroom and bedrooms met our expectations. We loved the beautiful center of Ljubljana, the castle on the hill and in the evenings we drank a beer at the bar Karaka close to Eva’s apartment.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement. A un 1/4 du centre de Ljubljana à pieds mais dans un quartier agréable avec toutes les commodités ( commerces, restos, ..) L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et calme. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. Nous avons eu tous les renseignements nécessaires à notre séjour et même plus encore. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
