Excellent house for a big group and walking distance from the beach. Spacious and highly equipped with an ensuite on every bedroom.Only thing is neighbours to the left of house are a little unwelcoming and greased us off when we arrived - probably the nature of large holiday accommodations. Overall, we would definitely book again!

Perfect property to cater for large family/friend gatherings

Spacious house with ensuites off all bedrooms, large kitchen and living areas. Large comfy couch in lounge room and option to play billiards. Highly recommend booking this!

Great base for group trip

The place was absolutely perfect for a group wanting to explore all the things San Remo and Phillip Island has to offer. There were plenty of comfy beds so no one had to share and a great communal space downstairs. Would stay again.

5-star holiday houseMy family and friends stayed over weekend in this holiday house. We felt like we stayed in 5-stars hotel. The house is big, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Every bedroom is very spacious even the ensuite. We really loved this property and we plan to come back soon.

Ideal Rental for our Group

Ryan's Holiday House suited our large group. We enjoyed the large rooms and beds. Place was very clean. The pool table was a real bonus.

Good overall but lacked some basics, ie. we didn’t have enough forks for our group and also very few wine and champagne glasses. These are basic items which should be sufficient for 8 bedrooms and a large group. Kitchen also difficult to work in with a large group. Otherwise all good.

San Remo Gem

Great property for a large group. Our multi generational family enjoyed the large living area and privacy of ensuite bathrooms. Will definitely stay again, fits our demographic very well.

Great for groups

This our second time staying at this property. The property was great for our large group of extended family, everyone being able to stay in the same house but still having their own space, especially couples having there own bathrooms.
