LA BELLA VIE COTTAGE - meticulously clean, spacious, comfortable and private, surrounded by woods, lush lawns & beautiful gardens.

Beaches like no other - A 10 minute walk to 1/2 mile of beautiful Lake Michigan beachfront access. Or, you can drive; there's parking at the beach. Sugar-sand beachfront, crystal clear water – float 9 feet deep, you'll still see the sandy bottom.

Spectacular Sunsets - Wispy clouds billow past the red-orange sun slowly sinking into the waters across Lake Michigan. Each sunset unique and beautiful.

FOR OUR GUESTS:
Spacious living area, 2 bedrooms plus, 3rd bedroom/den with daybeds. One full bath plus, seasonal 1/2 bath in our Bathhouse.

Open and airy 20' x 20' living area with comfy seating. Living, Dining & Kitchen are open, keeping cooks involved. WiFi connected.

We offer a full kitchen - everything you need, plus, spices, baggies, paper towels, and more. Don't want to cook? Stony Lake Inn is less than a mile away – delicious food.

Sleep tight in the master's comfy queen size bed with crisp white sheets. Lake breezes drift across your double bed in the 'Beach' bedroom. In the den, two soft daybeds provide seating by day; at night the den can be closed off for privacy, snuggle into your daybed, let the sound for the waves lull you to sleep.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, plus 2 in sloping area in front of fence - 4x4 recommended.

NO refunds on beach rentals if you do not use them. All rentals are available for your use for your entire stay – we do not offer 'daily' rates.

Washer & Dryer - We have a washer & dryer onsite, due to misuse by guests, they are available by special request only.

Dry split, bundled firewood is available for purchase at the cottage. Please do not take wood from our personal log piles, we paid for it, it is for our use only.

IMMACULATELY CLEAN
Our cleaning team spends 5-6 hours thoroughly cleaning La Bella Vie Cottage to prepare for your arrival. Relaxation begins as soon as you arrive!
Be aware, when some rental owners say, "Please leave the cottage as you found it," it may mean, they do NOT clean between guests. They trust the previous guest to leave the home clean. Always ask, before you book!

LIMITED MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE:
Our cottage has no stairs, and is accessible for those with limited mobility, but is not ADA approved. The decks overlooking Lake Michigan, at both accesses, are accessible by wheelchair. Clearances available upon request.

A Signed Rental Agreement is Required. A rental agreement protects guests, as well as owners. Adults signing our Rental Agreement must be 25 years of age or older.
No Parties & no persons outside of your originally contracted group may visit the property during your stay.
Due to allergies, No Smoking & No Pets, no matter how cute.
Keys/Accidental Lock Out: Contact Hosts! Do NOT crawl through windows! Guests will be charged for damage.
