The Rim Village community is located just six miles away from the activity of downtown Moab and 12 miles from the breathtaking natural formations at Arches National Park.
This single level condo is truly charming. The bright and cheery living room has a fireplace and a cable TV, perfect for curling up and relaxing after a day of adventuring. This space opens into the fully stocked kitchen, where you can easily make and share meals with friends and family.
Step out on the private patio and watch the sunset over the La Sal Mountains while huddled around the firepit with your favorite people.
Inside, there are three bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen, and a third with two twins. There are two additional rollaway beds and two full bathrooms, which means there's plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a cable TV.
Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, central A/C, a two-car parking garage, and a private washer/dryer.
You'll have access to the shared community pool from April to October and the hot tub from February through November. Spend your days hiking and biking along nearby Moab Rim or Slickrock Trail. Whitewater raft the Colorado River, and spend evenings relaxing by the pool. Of course, no trip to Moab is complete with experiencing the Arches. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The condo was very orderly and clean when we arrived. Everything about this condo was perfect and we loved it! The location was perfect and so peaceful and quiet, a wonderful place to relax in the evening after we had been out hiking all day long. We nicknamed the place "Our little hacienda"Thank you for a great stay!
This house is beautiful and comfortable. What you see in the photos and tour is exactly what the house is like. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood just a little out of town. The hosts thought of everything and even let us use the garage. The beds were so comfy that we slept better than at home! Working with Vacasa was really easy—great communication. We’d love to stay here again bring our dog next time!
The condo had everything we needed. The cleaning crew must have been lazy, because the condo wasn't clean.

3rd Trip to Moab
This is our 3rd time staying at U4, overall happy with the stay. We are grateful they are pet friendly. Location is out of town a little but still quick to get to town plus it's quiet and we like that, it's nice you can park in
the garage as well. We have a jeep gladiator and it just fits. Love Moab and can't wait for trip 4!
The property had everything we needed for a 6 day trip to Moab. Clean and well stocked, spacious. Great complex, pool is close to the unit. The patio is huge and we loved using the fire pit at the end of the day. One thing to note is you do not get afternoon shade, so we tended to bbq and eat later than we normally would. We would definitely stay here again.
The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house fit 6 Adults and 2 kids very well. The kitchen was stocked with most of the cooking supplies you would need. The only thing I wish were better were that they had more options of seasonings other than salt and pepper and some comfortable blankets for the couch or bedrooms. The only blankets they had were the yellow ones you see at hotels. Would definitely stay again. There were plenty of parking for trailers as well as a 2 car garage that was not specified on the listing.

Great place!
We had an issue with checking in because we arrived at midnight and the code to the door didn’t work. We called the help number, and she was able to get us in after trying a few different codes. There is also no way to open the garage door from outside. Those items aside, the neighborhood is great, the place was clean other than some baseboards being dirty, the kitchen is well stocked, and there was plenty of room for 6 adults. We liked being just a little bit out of town. I would definitely stay here again.

Your home was great the Price VRBO charge as,ll the extra CHARGES are a rip off. You guys need to look at what the owner get and what management gets. Management dial back your charges to make it more affordable. Not worth it and won't do it again!!!!!

House was not clean
This house was not clean. There were food wrappers on the floor of the master bedroom. There was a used earplug on the floor of the queen bed. The toilets had hair on them. The towels were dirty. The blinds in the living room are broken so people can see inside.
The neighborhood is quiet and you can see a lot of stars. It’s about a 5-10 min drive to Moab.
I would not stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness.

LOVED the layout of our place, the size of the kitchen, the gas fireplace and the 2 car garage!
Great location. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Home was clean except carpet has some stains and bathroom throw rugs need replacing. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. We would like to return for another vacation.

Hidden gem
Perfect amount of space for us in a cute neighborhood close to Moab. Had everything we needed. We felt lucky to have found it!
We really enjoyed our stay here! We drove out to Arches NP several times while in Moab and the drive from this place was great and easy. Our kids enjoyed the pool during the heat of the day. Nice and spacious, clean, plenty of room for our family of 5. We'd definitely stay here again!
