This oceanfront PARADISE FOUND villa is the perfect villa if you're looking for a comfortable and gracious villa right at the water's edge! This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath main house along with its 2 bedroom/1 bath two level guest pool house across the pool deck can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Enjoy the ambiance as you watch the sailboats and catamarans gliding by on their way to Buck Island. Spend time lounging at the pool or on the deck with palm trees for shade. Take advantage of the waterfront location where you can walk right along the water’s edge for shelling or take a dip in the water. Water shoes are recommended as this is a natural ocean environment and the ocean bottom varies with being smooth or crunchy and there is also a drop off in the water depending on the tide and current.

Interior of the house: The great room is graciously and comfortably furnished affording views out to the sea. Adjoining the sitting area is the dining area and the open space kitchen allowing the spectacular views from all rooms.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath en suite. One other bedroom features two twin size beds for children needing to sleep apart and the third bedroom features a queen bed and all bedrooms in the main house have baths en suite. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans to catch the tropical breezes as well as new and updated split system air conditioning in each bedroom should you desire to use it.
Across the pool deck is the 2 story guest pool house. The upper bedroom has king bed, full bath across the hall, air conditioning, ceiling fan & french doors that open to its own balcony with a great sea view. The lower level has a full size bedroom w/sitting area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a small galley style kitchen & its own deck. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and french doors that open to the deck outside.
NOTE: THE GUEST POOL HOUSE REMAINS LOCKED UNLESS YOU PAY FOR 8+ GUESTS.

Enjoy one of two hammocks located on the property either at the pool deck under the shade deck or under the palms at the beach level. For interior entertainment dish network flat screen TV in the great room, Ipod ready players scattered in a few different spots and internet access are just a few of the amenities provided. This full amenity villa also features a generator to keep you comfortable should there be a power outage.
NOTE: This is a strict NO Smoking property and if evidence is found damage fee will be deducted. Pets are NOT accepted due to the owner's family member allergy condition.

Rates are based on the number in the party and the dates of travel. Children 1yr and older are included in the head count. Rate starts with main house use for up to 6 guests. Pool house remains locked unless paid for by number exceeding 6 guests or requesting extra bedroom accommodations....if needed put in for 10 guests for extra 5 bedroom use.
NOTE: No parties or events for more then the stay of 10 guests allowed.
Reservations are NOT accepted less then 7 days prior to arrival date.
*** For Christmas/New Year Weeks the full house holiday rate is in effect even if less then 10 guests. Let us know the number in the party so that the quote can be adjusted without using the additional guest charge as normally done!
