North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Whether you're here for festival season, a family reunion, or just a long weekend in the city, the layout gives everyone room to spread out without sacrificing a sense of togetherness.

The space
Natural light moves through the second-floor unit all day, keeping the common areas open and easy to settle into. The living room flows naturally into the dining area, giving the group a central place to gather before heading out or winding down after a night on the town. A pool table adds a fun focal point when you'd rather stay in.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the four bedrooms comes with a plush bed, quality linens, room-darkening shades, and a Smart TV - so everyone has their own space to decompress. Three full bathrooms (each with a bathtub or shower, hair dryer, and full toiletries) mean mornings stay stress-free even with a full house.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove and single oven, Frigidaire refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table for the full group. Whether you're doing a proper dinner or just grabbing coffee before a long day out, everything you need is here.

Outdoor & parking
Step out to the private balcony for morning coffee or a quiet end-of-night recap. The shared backyard opens to the community pool - available year-round, open 24 hours, heated, and stocked with pool toys. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill round out the space. Free parking is available on the premises, with additional free street parking nearby.

Staying connected
Fast Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door, and a safe are all included. For families traveling with little ones, a pack 'n play (with sheets) and a folding high chair (with padding, straps, and food tray) are both available on request - along with babysitter recommendations.

Location
Mid-City puts you steps from the Endymion parade route and a short walk from the Canal Streetcar line, connecting you directly to the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street. Trader Joe's, the Lafitte Greenway bike path, and major hospitals are all close by - a genuinely central base for whatever brings you to New Orleans.

Good to know
Exterior security cameras (including a Ring camera on the exterior door) are in place for guest safety. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all on-site. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Long-term stays (28 nights or more) are welcome. Cleaning is available during your stay. Private entrance via a separate street entrance.
