The property was wonderful! We had a great time. The only had thing was there were flys that kept coming in one of the bathrooms, I’m not sure if they were coming from the drain.

Thanks so much for your kind review! We're glad you had a great stay. We’re sorry about the flies in the bathroom, but we’ve since taken care of the issue. We hope to host you again!
The home was clean and as described. As others stated, it can be a little noisy at night but it did not personally keep us awake. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were great about communicating. I would stay here again.
It was spacious and a little more than needed, for 7 people. The place was organized and the host reached out immediately, when i messaged him. It waa close and convenient to walk to a gas station and other eateries. The parking was a BIG plus and the host gave us permission for other parking places, if it was busy and occupied with traffic.
This isn't a true review because when we got to the home we weren't delighted with noise of Hwy 10 right there and neighborhood but were going to stay anyway. House is nice. Then we heard 10 guys were going to be having a bachelor party above us and we could hear them just walking around. So... the property manager said she could move us a few blocks away and we did that. It only took a few minutes to make the switch and all worked out wonderfully.

This spot is a 15-20 minute walk from Frenchman and Bourbon St. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it nice for our group of couples to spread out. We loved the balcony and historic charm. The host was super accommodating and flexible with our check in. Would recommend for any large group!
Met my family for a reunion/concert in NOLA. First time here and this property did not disappoint. It had all the New Orleans charm and enough space for all 9 of us. Within walking distance of the French Quarter and lots of charming diners and cafes within a block. Super clean and exactly as seen in the listing. The host, Hannah, was also very responsive and friendly and even let us check in a few hours early. Will definitely be back!
I will not stay there again bad neighbor poor customer service with owners parking was also poor the there was only one tv for several young men

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Close to French Quarter
The house itself is cute and an old Victorian with updated kitchen and bathrooms. There is plenty of space, the rental itself is for the bottom floor of the house. It was clean, nice furniture and bedding. Of note, the listing shows a pool but there was not one that we found although that didn’t mater for us because it was October.
The two issues that we didn’t like were that the house faces the underpass of I-10 and sits right beside I-10, which contributes to a lot of noise. The other thing is that the neighborhood is a bit iffy if you’re traveling with a family. We had our older kids with us and the house has an alarm system, but I can’t say I felt totally comfortable with the location.
It is close to the French Quarter but I did not feel safe walking from the house. Maybe when I was younger and more adventurous.
Property was in great shape. Plenty of room. Pool was a bit smaller than we thought but still plenty. Great stay and the host was very responsive to my messages. 5 star all the way!
There aren’t enough words to describe how great our stay was! Covid had us thinking this trip would be impossible but the owners and property managers were amazing and super communicative. While the property is right next to the freeway, you barely notice it. It makes for quick and easy pick ups by Ubers/Lyft or a decent walk to the French qaurter. The property was clean and extremely accommodating. It has all the old and new charm a NOLA could ask for :)
