If you are looking for nice quiet beaches, world-class fishing, over 100 18-hole golf courses, and fine dining and shopping, Naples is the place for you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!! There is no better location in the heart of Naples than The 5th Ave Beach Club. Located right on downtown 5th avenue in Naples, you are a 'stones throw' away from the white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, a short stroll to all the restaurants and shopping of 5th avenue and about a 5 minute walk to the historical Naples Pier.

Its a perfect place for a nice beach holiday with as much or as little to do as you desire.

We love the place and hope you will too!!!

What makes this property unique

We purchased the condo in April 2010 and completely remodeled the unit. Kitchen is completely brand new with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The brand new bathrooms have been completely redone with new tile work, seamless glass shower enclosure, and brand new vanities. We have also installed brand new flat screen TVs in each of the rooms. Having traveled extensively in Europe and Asia and having stayed at many hotels, we wanted to replicate the modern furnishings and the plush white linens you find in 5 star hotels in our cozy Naples beach condo. Hope you enjoy the condo and appreciate any comments/suggestions you may have.
