About the host
Hosted by Kirsten
My husband and I purchased this property in 2019. I am an artist and I’ve been making art and teaching art for over 20 years. I have always been drawn to mid-century architecture and design. I love to entertain and I’m learning to be a better cook!
Why they chose this property
This home is a historic property that sits on 46 acres including a two acre vineyard. The original portion of the home was built in 1955. All of the stone and lumber for the home was locally sourced. The guest house consists of a large bedroom with a king bed and a double bed in the loft. There is also a huge living room with a kitchenette. The home also has a dartboard and plenty of games and activities! We reside on the property so you’ll have privacy when you want it and people here if you need anything!
What makes this property unique
The benefits of this amazing property are the spacious mid-mod living space and the great combination of quiet and convenience. The proximity to the parks with easy access to 180 can’t be beat not to mention the ability to walk to the Clingan’s Junction Coffee Shop and mini-mart at the Valero.
