I live above and would be available for any of your needs. Has granite counter top, stone shower, tile and wood floors. Kitchen has everything you need. The water behind the home is deep and perfect for bring a boat and parking right out back.

This was our fourth year staying with Corey. Always a great and relaxing stay for our Anniversary getaway. Wonderful host and perfect accommodations on Mayo Lake. Saw eagles, herons, osprey, Banded Kingfishers and a group of otters that provided entertainment several days in a row! Beautiful sunrises on the lake while enjoying coffee on the porch. We brought our tandem kayak and enjoyed paddling and fishing every day. We will book again next year!

One of our best VRBO experiences. Came highly recommended from a good friend, and lived up to the recommendation in all respects. We travel to the area for family functions and this will be where we will stay in the future, if it’s not already booked. This is a very nice property and fits our needs perfectly. Everything is modern/ up to date, and clean. Great view of the lake, quiet and peaceful.

The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items including mixing bowls and a cupcake pan that came in handy when we made some muffins. The range is very nice and even has options for convection bake. The view is great of the lake and it is so quiet and private. The bed is comfortable and was made with quality linens. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Great location. Quiet and right on the lake. Apartment is a little tight but easily managed with a good group. More kitchen chairs for table would have been helpful but also picnic table outside and lounge chairs were a big bonus. A/C is cold! Bathroom big. Would return for sure.

Such a quiet, relaxing setting. Beautiful sunrises across Mayo Lake. The host is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Hopefully this VRBO will be available the next time I’m in Roxboro for work. It was clean and had everything I needed.
