About this property

Ground floor apartment in one of the most reserved blocks of the condominium. Far from the pool, barbecue and games room. Apartment contains: 1 Large living room with 1 4-seater sofa, a beanbag, 46 "Plasma TV, wardrobe and 2 clothesline to extend the balcony. In the living room, I leave wooden tables and chairs (bar type) for meals. Balcony facing the lawn. 2 bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, 1 with double bed with drawers and a chest of drawers and the other bedroom with 2 Triliches (Totaling 6 single beds), with 3 drawers each, a chest of drawers. 1 bathroom with luxury shower, electric shower, sink and closet. American kitchen equipped with stove, duplex refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, pantry, sandwich maker, gallon water filter and dining device. Laundry with a tank, brooms, dustpan and squeegee.

The space
Special location with condominiums of great standard. It is 900 meters from the entrance of the island of Japones (Portoveleiro) where there is a sea taxi stop for crossing to the neighborhood of the passage (near Praia do Forte). 1200 m from Peró beach, which is the only one in the region certified with the international blue flag, 600 m from Conchas beach entrance. The condo is beautiful and well maintained and there is no shortage of water. It is a 10-minute drive to Praia do Forte, 5 minutes to Rua dos Biquinis and 25 minutes to Buzios. Peró Mall is located 800m from the condominium, with restaurants for meals and snacks.

The Condominium
It has a swimming pool with male and female bathrooms (with schedule), games room, sauna (with day and time), games room (with schedule), 1 demarcated parking space and automatic gate for the entry and exit of vehicles. Behind the apartment, the condominium has clothes line for drying clothes.

Comments
I do not provide bed and bath linen, soap, toilet paper and toothpaste. The Pool and games room are released to all within opening hours, except cleaning day specified in the condo itself. For the use of the sauna has days and times set (in summer sometimes does not work, because of water savings) the playground is free, the parking space for the car is marked in yellow with the block and apartment, with a fine of one quota. (R $ 440.00) for non-compliance with the demarcation. It is forbidden to leave any clothes drying on the balcony balcony.

Excelente!

Casa maravilhosa com conforto e bem equipada. O condomínio é bem organizado com piscina e área de lazer. Próximo a praia e locais para lanchar ou jantar a noite. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. O proprietário é muito atencioso. Deu toda assistência necessária, superando as nossas expectativas. Espero voltar mas vezes.

Férias com a família

Proprietário atencioso, zeladora atencioso, moradores simpáticos e receptivos. Excelente local para crianças, com piscina e parquinho, tudo em ótimas condições. Casa fresca, ampla, aconchegante, cozinha super equipada ( amei ). Adoreamos a piscina, as crianças principalmente! Condomínio muito organizado, claro que com regras simples e fáceis de serem cumpridas sem problemas. Voltaremos com certeza!!!!!

Muito bom.

Local agradável, casa confortável. Ótimo custo benefício. Só precisam melhorar o sinal do Wi-fi que não chega na casa, só na área externa e na piscina.
