Great stay! My whole family had such a great time! The whole house was clean, comfortable and most importantly the pool was great. Host was very nice and accommodated to all our needs. 10/10 will be booking her again!!!

We stayed her to celebrate my brother’s 30th birthday. We loved this property!!! We have rented over 20 other homes for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthdays, etc. and this has been by far the nicest place we have stayed. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated! We really enjoyed the minimalistic vibe. This felt more like a rental space than someone’s personal home, which we loved. We enjoyed staying here and will most likely we back.

The house was perfect and spacious for our family. The backyard oasis was even nicer then seen in the pictures. The hot tub and pool heated up quickly and were used every day.

Everything about the place was perfect. The communication with the host was also great. Nice neighborhood and scenery. Would definitely recommend. They had so many activities and amenities already at the house so it made the whole trip smoother.

We had such a great time!! The house and amenities were perfect. It’s about 20-30mins from Downtown but was so perfect for just hanging out to be in the sunshine. Loved the house layout for what we needed. Thank you!!

Desert Hot Springs- Picasso

The property is exactly as advertised. It's beautiful, sparkling clean and well designed for multiple people sharing accommodations. Andrzej was always quick to reply to questions and was not an interfering host. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Haven

We took our grandkids to Desert Hot Springs for Spring Break. The house was overall amazing! The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt right at home. The kids had so much fun swimming, I was able to keep an eye on them right from the kitchen. The pool table and basketball hoop in the garage were a big hit with the teenagers! Andrzej was an exceptional host, always quick to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Worth it!

We had a fantastic stay with two other families in Palm Desert! The house itself was great, and we really appreciated the easy communication with the owner/manager. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, the heated jacuzzi was a definite highlight and helped us relax. The late checkout you kindly granted due to unforeseen circumstances was incredibly helpful and truly made our weekend. Thank you so much!

Immaculately clean, gorgeous mid-century Picasso tricked out 4 bedroom, exceptionally well appointed kitchen, delightful pool, uber comfortable master suite and master bath. Condition of everything was exceptional and they had everything I could possibly need. Photos don’t do it justice, I was beyond pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and. condition. Had everything I could ask for during a stay of any duration. Easy to work with quick repose on all communications. Thank you for a stellar 4 night stay.

Fantastic Desert Hot Springs Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Desert Hot Springs home! The house is gorgeous – spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The pool and hot tub were a major highlight, and the backyard with its stunning views and fire pit was perfect for unwinding. The home was incredibly well-equipped, from the kitchen stocked for cooking and grilling to the bathrooms with all the essentials and plenty of pool towels. The provided games and activities were a fun bonus. The host's communication was excellent – quick and efficient. While we did have a minor incident with an unlocked car in the driveway overnight, the overall experience was truly great. The location, about 25 minutes from Palm Springs provided for a wonderful getaway.

Good but beware pool & hot tub fees

Unless you read the 7th paragraph of the description, you won’t realize they charge 150 a day to heat the pool and hot tub. Thus wasn’t pointed out until under 24 hours before our stay when we could no longer cancel. Felt like a hidden fee. The place is great, but be aware of the real full cost.

Unfortunately, our experience with this guest was not ideal. While our listing clearly outlines heating fees ($40/day for the hot tub, $60/day for the pool, or $100/day for both), the guest acknowledged these terms but later attempted to dispute the charges after using both amenities and heating them beyond the allowable temperature range. This is the first time we've encountered this type of issue, and we encourage all future guests to carefully read the listing summary to avoid any confusion. These fees are standard practice in the Coachella Valley vacation rental community, and we strive to be transparent about them upfront. We hope the guest enjoyed their stay otherwise and wish them well in future travels.

We absolutely loved this home. Very clean and maintained. Had all the necessary things for a weekend by the pool. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything to make meals at home. We will definitely return. Appreciated the flexibility of the host
