As soon as you enter, walk through the foyer into the contemporary-styled living area. The open floor plan makes it a great gathering spot for everyone. Kids can catch their favorite TV show while the adults discuss plans for the day in the kitchen, all while keeping the together-feeling. The large sectional sofa provides plenty of seating and is a great spot to set up a game night. Chefs of the family will love the sophisticated style of the kitchen, with marble countertops and a breakfast bar. Whether you're brewing a cup of coffee in the morning or cooking a delicious meal for the whole family, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. When it's time to retreat to bed after a fun-filled day, there are 6 bedrooms to choose from! On the ground floor, there are 2 nautical-accented suites that will make you feel at the beach. Each room has a king bed with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom that has a dual vanity. Upstairs are 4 more bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and access to a private balcony that overlooks the conservation. Have a private breakfast at the sitting area watching the sunrise with a loved one. The ensuite bathroom has a gorgeous garden tub and a walk-in shower. There are 2 more suites on the top floor, both with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The kids will have their own room, with a set of full over full bunk beds and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. Each bunk has a built-in porthole and its own nightlight with a USB outlet. There is a full bath across from the bedroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combination.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
