Very convenient and clean. The elevator and garage level bedroom was amazing for my mom who had a broken toe. If you plan to do any cooking or prep of food you have to bring it with you or order some basics including oil, coffee, salt, sugar. We had an amazing time!

Pros: Beautiful new property; clean; great location; host was very responsive and helpfulCons: The reason I can't give our stay a 5 star review is due to how poorly stocked the home was: no cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink; 2 dishwasher pods only; only 4 place settings; minimal glasses and mugs; bare bones forks and spoons; no butter knives; no necessities in the kitchen like salt and pepper; no extra paper towels; no hand soap (with the exception of only one bathroom); no shower gel in the showers; no hair dryer in the house; not one single extra roll of toilet paper in any bathroom, etc. You get the idea.It is a very nice house in a great location, and the host was very responsive. However, if you plan on staying at this property, you'll need to bring just about everything you can think of, especially if you plan on cooking a meal.

Hi Kim, Thank you for the feedback and for the kind words regarding the property's cleanliness and location. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m glad we could get you in early to start your stay! I’m sorry to hear the supplies didn't meet your expectations. We provide a 'startup kit' of essentials (pods, paper products, etc.) designed to cover the first couple of days, as noted in our House Manual. However, we take your comments seriously—we are adding a hairdryer and expanding the kitchen inventory (more place settings and cookware) to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests. Regarding the condiments and shower gels: we choose not to stock communal versions for safety and hygiene reasons, but I appreciate you pointing out where we can clarify this better. We’re always a message away and would have been happy to bring over any missing essentials or point you toward the supply cart, which was located in a closet on the 1st floor. We hope to have the chance to host you again for a 5-star experience. Thanks!
