The house was perfect for our multi-generational family (and small dog). Spacious, well stocked, quiet and the owner was communicative and accommodating. There was a freak rainstorm while we were here and there was plenty of entertainment indoors to keep us occupied. Would have no hesitation to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! There were bunnies in the backyard every morning and birds on the fences that the kids enjoyed watching. The host was very accommodating to our family and it was nice to meet him upon check-in. The house was very clean, large enough for our group, and in a great location for our activities and events we were there to enjoy! We will definitely book again if we are back in that area.

This house, you guys, we could have stayed for a year and not been bored! There is so much to do at the house - yard games, pool, foosball, air hocky, basketball, and oh,yeah,swimming! - the location is fantastic, tons of amazing restaurants nearby, everything, seriously, everything about it was awesome! And as an added bonus, the property manager was so dang nice and super easy to work with. We loved it. The kids want to know if we can move there forever!

Great spot for big Family!

Our daughter was married in the LDS temple nearby and we had family in town from Utah. We wanted a place that could fit our out of town family and allow for our pets. This is a great property that allows individuals privacy when needed or many opportunities for gathering as well. Highly recommend.

Our family truly enjoyed this home on our short family vacay getaway to Phoenix. Traveling with a large family group is never easy, but this home easily accommodated all 11 of us, and having a awesome pool, with indoor and outdoor games, pool table, lovely space outside with plenty of seating areas outside to enjoy all included with the house was awesome. The host was very accommodating and communicative and everything went smoothly. If we ever decide to come back to the Phoenix area for another getaway, we will definitely be looking at staying at this home again!

Propert full of added bonuses!

We enjoyed the property for an early Christmas celebration. There were so many extras to keep us entertained it’s hard to name them all! The firepit, pool table, cornhole, basketball, mini golf and numerous board games gave us plenty to do after we were done running around. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners provided a bassinet and high chair on request. The pool wasn’t heated so we weren’t able to use it but the pool area was beautiful.

Upon arrival the home temp was reading 78 degrees, I texted the host he said he did not want to lower temp due to electric bill I insisted as my granddaughters were extremely uncomfortable The host preceded with sending me a copy of his electric bill which had nothing to do with our stay Only after 10-12 hrs of being in the home putting our groceries away the next morning did we notice the fridge was not keeping our food cool I reached out again to the host he indicated to check the breaker we then noticed the fridge was unplugged. Over all the house was not ready for our stay. We have stayed in several homes using this type of service which all have been very pleasant until this our recent stay

Amazing home and amazing hosts!!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house had everything we needed including the most wonderful hosts! The home is close to everything, clean, huge inside with a pool table, foosball, pingpong, Tvs in every room, and they just put in a brand new pool! This home will be our go to home away from home whenever traveling to Arizona! And the hosts, Michael and Michelle, could not have been nicer and helpful with anything we needed! It was like staying in a five star resort. Loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

The property had more than we expected. There was a sport court, playscape, and the grounds were excellent. House was just right for the kids with the rooms, games, and tv coverage (especially during Super Bowl!). Kitchen could use more cups plates, etc. Will rent again!

Better than Pictures!!

Got our family together for my moms 60th birthday. Plenty of room, lots of activities, clean and had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze, great water pressure, and comfy beds. Just wish we came at a cooler part of the year so we could of utilized the awesome backyard! Only thing that would of been nice would be some box fans for night, the rooms get a little warm (AC works fine). Ceiling fans in each room, but they are super quiet and don’t create much breeze. But that’s really only an issue for people like me who are used to sleeping with noise. Overall this place was great and pictures don’t do it justice! Thank you for sharing your home! If come back this way we’d definitely return!
