Located at Island North 1717 Carolina Beach Ave. N. Unit 8B. Unit is a 2 bedroom/2 Bath 1st floor Condo that is tastefully decorated with spacious open floor plan. Master bedroom has queen size bed with full private bath and deck with pool view. Second bedroom has queen bed with access to the full hall bathroom with tub/shower. Flat screen TVs are in both bedrooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer in hall bath. There are 2 sleeper sofas in living area, ( 1 Queen sleeper and twin sleeper) should you need extra sleeping space. Just steps to the beach or fish from pier. Linens are provided, including bath towels and (4)beach towels.
Island North has 2 Assigned parking spaces per unit. Just steps to the beach or fish from pier. Ocean view, Pet friendly, spacious living room and kitchen area. Prime surfing spot. Stop by the all new High Tide Tiki bar located at the pier for a drink and enjoy beautiful view of ocean.

Nice place exactly as described.

Property was nice and as described. Good location. Only 2 things needed to be addressed. Actually 1 because construction noise can not be helped. Saw a few bugs that appeared to be water bugs. May want to spray a extra treatment. Overall i would stay here again. Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Thanks

It was nice…

Master bed was hard as a rock, had to move to the guest bed to be able to sleep. Light bulbs missing from some lights, beach out front is blocked due to erosion, would have been nice to know ahead. It was nice, just not worth that price!

A little bit disappointed

Last year we stayed in the unit beside of yours. We had an issue with our air conditioner the 1st day but it was corrected pretty quickly. The unit was beautiful & extremely clean. Unfortunately, on your unit, we did not have enough cooking supplies to cook. We didn’t even have enough supplies for forks & spoons. I actually purchased some plastic cups for people that rent after us to have if they need. This is not a unit we will use again.

Sheila is great!

The condo was very well kept for its age. I forget how small a queen bed is but the PM, Sheila, was amazing and so accommodating. I loved the view and the proximity to the pier. The beach was not nearly as crowded as some of the other local beaches and it was a perfect mini getaway.
