**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

171 Beach Club Villa is on the first floor and centrally located with excellent views of the canal from the screened porch. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beach Club Villa sleeps 6 , including the sleeper sofa. Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you'll immediately feel relaxed and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit.

This villa is located across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis and pickleball courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis or pickleball player, it is perfect for you.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. Great Property!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here on our next visit. Our favorite part was the view of the marsh!

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. I loved sitting on the porch every morning. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock- but didnt catch anything. Location was perfect. Only complaint is there were no sheets for the pull out couch bed. Thanks!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Hideaway Hardrath! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the location of the condo which is walking distance to the beach. The weather was gorgeous, so we enjoyed a nice beach day! Thank you for opening up your home to us. We will be back!

Wonderful and relaxing get away

Great place to stay. It was just like the description and pictures. Short walk to the beach. Loved the screened porch and view. FYI to first timers amitiy cards are used for everything on the island except deli and mangos store. It was stated in the description no amitiy cards, but we were unaware the importance and had to travel more than we would have liked just to eat and having to cook was not my first choice on vacation. Next time we will plan on getting groceries prior to coming on the island

Week at Fripp

Relaxing Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We came with other family and this condo was in walking distance of our other family members which was a perk for us. The condo itself was very clean and well done. The view from the screened in porch was our favorite! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch watching the tide go in and out of the creek. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful when we needed it! We hope we can stay again next year!

A nice 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located close to the beach and activity center. There was adequate parking and the condo was very clean and nice.
